    I had a similar surgery on my neck as Mike’s (artificial disc replacement). I also had a level that had scar tissue that the surgeon, to his credit, worked like a dog to remove bc he was determined not to do a fusion. It’s a very hard recovery but once you recover, it’s like a miracle. I had 3 levels done and my neck’s pain free. Totally worth it.

    My dad was 82nd mutiple times in his service and was as active as possible with jumps because he loved it. He's in his 70's and has perfect knees, no back problems, and his neck is fine. My old man is just built different.

    I've watched Mike on a lot of podcasts, but this was one of the most enjoyable! It's fun to see someone be able to unwind and have fun!
