I think that was a little nod to Annie Lennox, in the video for Love Is A Stranger she does the same thing and even the wigs are the same a blonde curly wig, then a long sleek fringed wig then her own short red hair.
Why isn’t he moderating the presidential debates?

Still missing Robin Williams in 2022 R.I.P
What’s great about this particular sketch is that it’s filled with so many distracting elements for your eyes to focus on then when you watch it multiple times and focus on each individual component in the sketch, each element has its own hilarious moments within the entirety of the sketch as a whole. Genius

Robin Williams is definitely missed, and still and always will be an inspiration. I know it’s probably been said a billion times, however it shines a light on how anyone can be very effected by depression...here’s one of the worlds most accomplished people who was a pro at making others laugh and smile. God bless Robin. I truly hope he is happy in the heavens.

Depression wasn't the cause for his suicide, but the end result. His wife stated that he had been losing control over his body and mind due to Lewy Body dementia, diagnosed after his death. According to doctors, he would have only lived a couple of years longer if he hadn't killed himself. His wife said he couldn't remember his lines in his last movie anymore and even had trouble getting his clothes on. He just didn't want to go on like that, which is quite understandable.

@@danielfisch389 Thanks for the in-depth information. Many people didn’t know that. Although, depression is still the ultimate cause for his death. Depression is a complex condition brought on to people via a plethora of avenues that can lead to it. Depression is a state of great despair, that no light at the end of the tunnel, cloud of darkness that can make individuals feel absolutely hopeless, and ultimately tired of their state of life. So they either contemplate suicide, even if they don’t do it, and then some eventually do decide to just end the madness.

NO> he is ' D E A D ''. The body, dies and goes back to the '' dust of the earth ''. Whether he was cremated or not.....it is all still 'dust'. The mind, is UNCONCIOUS. gone.... The spirit, of human beings which makes us ' totally different'' than animals; (cant appreciate music, algebra, anything created by man;....ALL HUMAN ACTIVITY, since our creation ! Animals, only do what is programmed in them, to survive, each to its' own unique habitat, and for pro-creation. Darwin is an instrument, of satan the devil. "" We as adults, are NOTIFIED TO PROVE ALL THINGS. so, according to this worlds' false, pagan 'religions' (several thousand, by the way...) maybe he went to '' hell ' ?? whats your view, on that. ? the good, go to heaven, and the 'bad' go to hell ?? explain yourself, and where this 'belief' c a m e from . ??

This is my favorite one. The 'important guests, but completely ignore their importance to sing instead' really shines here. Especially because De Niro looks so annoyed. And because Robin Williams is anything but his flamboyant self to support the skit. And "......uncomfortable sileeeence 🎼" is just a brilliant example of 'segue into song from anything... Even from nothing' And Kristen Wiig's skit just fits so well, musically. The band really did that transistion flawlessly . Also, "in my own movie.... You're the DVD extras"... That's a brilliant back-handed compliment ;) - And the involuntary subtle 'can't control my body from moving to the rhythm' from Robin Williams, while he keeps a poker face... That's a big, big bonus :)

I'm binging on this right now. Hilarious and legendary skit. So much going on in these episodes.
I know there's so many different things to talk about... but I can't believe that no one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, talks about the talent of Keenan... he's an absolute masterclass and makes every single one of these skits possible!! His voice and facial expressions are just so spot on!! and then on top of that, Jason sudeikis's dancing, IS JUST EVERYTHING !!
The way Jason LEAPS in at 4:15 is so good lmao

He had a lot more range than people typically give him credit for. Most people only remember funny Robin, but he could be downright intimidating when he wanted to be.
What Up With That? was easily my favorite recurring SNL sketch. In this one, when Keenan started singing "uncomfortable silence", that was pure gold!
I love how practically the whole cast is involved in this skit 😂😂😂
