Yea it sounds great raw but even with a bit of EQ and post it can sound truly amazing! Thanks so much for the comment 🤜

I love my Rode VideoMic NTG, I use it on a boom just over my head out of frame. For shots when I'm moving around I wear a Rode SmartLav+ recording into my phone in my pocket... but now I'm wishing I'd bought the DJI, it sounds super-useful.

Yea the NTG is next on my list, it sounds sooo good, just a bit out of my budget when starting this whole journey lol. I'm glad I went down the DJI route though, the mic 2 really is just bonkers good price to performance!

I sure will! if you use premier pro, I can get you setup with presets too, so you just drag and drop the preset to your timeline and your audio is all EQ'ed in one click once you've set it up once!

@@YoukayTV I use FCPX because I already know it (been using it since v1.0 in the early 2000s!) and because it's like 100 times cheaper than Premiere. It's got lots of audio stuff like compressors, limiters, EQs, etc but I never seem to get perfect sound out of it.

Hard to take you seriously with the amount of room reverb and reflections in this video. Treat your room! Also you should run a dresser over your audio. Sibilance is off the charts.

Appreciate the feedback bro, My space is completely untreatable for reverb, switching it up soon, the amount of dereverb, denoise etc I have to do in post already scuffs my audio so bad, but I think the content still stands, even if the presentation lacks.. I'm trying.
