My opinions about Ohohu colors in specific. They have better colorful variations than other brands, even in the smaller cases (you can get 40, 60 or 80 markers). For example the 40 marker pack from TouchFive has a lot of skin tones and greys, not so good if what you want is more shades of primaries and secundaries for your collection. Buy the Ohuhu if you have the Copic primaries and you want more shades of vibrant color. Buy the TouchFive if you want more skintones and shades of grey to apply shadows.

Forgot to tell that Ohohu had a redesign that wasn't only cosmetic, they now have new inks that look more vibrant for me (haven't looked at the shades side by side).

@@ssyncc1729 I think it's better to buy the small skin tones from Copic Ciao. They have very light tones that can be used to make lot of tones by layering, cheap skintones most of the times are too dark from the beginning.

I notice alot that when you colour eyes they look like they bleed into the page alot do you do that intentionality?

I should look into these. Ive been trying out the touchnew markers but the chisel end is so big. These looks quite thin.

@@adreot Hi, I've been doing art for a while. In my opinion, alcohol markers are fine for beginners if that is the style you're going for. I would just start with a cheaper brand like Ohuhu opposed to Copics if you're trying the medium for the first time. This is if mostly if you prefer to draw cartoons, comic art, etc. You can use them for realism if you have enough practice, but I'd recommend to use a different medium for realism such as graphic, watercolour or acrylic. Give Ohuhu a try, they're great to use for beginners!
