I just did a festival pageant, Saturday. I didn’t win any runner-ups, although I did win the Miss congeniality. It was so much fun and met many new friends. I hope I will compete with them in other pageants.

Hi Jaclyn! I’d recommend you connect with the director of Miss Douglas County (if that pageant already exists) or if the national pageant you’d like to win and ask how to get started! Some national pageants allow you to choose your title (they call it “at-large”) to compete at state/nationals, so that’s one way of getting your dream title.
