I saw the Faith Companion pack on sale, and remembered your video here on it. It's really great! I must have been tired when I bought this latest HP haul (5 items, including the HP Zipfolio), but I accidentally bought two Faith companion packs. Oh no. lol. That's a lesson I won't repeat!

I am with you guys! HP needs to step up the rewards game! Love their stuff though!

I agree on the issue with the points. Everything I want right now is on sale and I can’t use my points!! I have almost 500!!

I too have returned to happy planner to have a transformer daily and journal, wellness planner. Customizable is just so great!

I love the older style HP as well and especially the currently pages. I like having prompts so I can just list my favorites and not have to think about categories. Also the colours are a must have for me. I looooove stickers but I also love being able to have decorated pages without always having to use tons of stickers.

I’ve been really annoyed with their rewards system too. I have gone to buy several things and it never lets me apply the rewards. It got to a point where i actually lost (they expired) almost 300 points. I should be able to use my points on something that i actually want 😠. I feel the same way. I have really fallen off with them ever since they pretty much gave up on color. Ive bought a couple of sticker books here and there but the planners are mostly not for me anymore (too much black and white). 2018 really was a great year in terms of planner selection. So many colorful cohesive themes were offered. I have a couple of unused ones saved that i will pop out in a couple years when the days coincide again (I don’t want to re-date them because that was the fun of them: the fonts/dates were colorful and themed too. )

I’m 54 and have consistently used some type of planner since I was in school when I started with the student planners. So The colors are what drew me to Happy Planner years ago when they came out with their line. From what I understand, they did away with colors when most of their customer base started decorating with stickers and started to complain how the colors on the planner CLASHED with their sticker layouts. So HP went with “neutral”. So whenever I come across an OLD planner with color I hang on to it for dear life 😂

Rewards have frustrated me a number of times. It even seems if you do more than 2 orders with rewards in a day they won’t let you! It’s crazy!

Ok so IM NOT TRIPPING! This just happened to me yesterday! I placed an order night before last but it was after midnight and was able to use my rewards. I turned around and tried to place another order yesterday and it wouldn’t let me use it. I had to revamp my whole order 😡

OMG when you said you were trying to think of another word for neutral I thought 🤔 DEPRESSING! 😂 I hate those black and white interiors. It’s a shame because there are still a lot of beautiful cover designs.
