I see you haven't driven in USA. There - diesel is reserved for trucks. You will hardly find any rental offering one. And even if they did, it would be stupid to take it, as you wouldn't be able to top it up on any gas station - just in larger ones on bigger roads like interstate serving trucks. I live in Europe, and my daily driver is BMW X1 xDrive Diesel.

Whilst you're gas guzzler will get you further on a tank that involves a five minute refill, be prepared to spend an hour or more while your battery recharges. Assuming you don't have to wait for others to complete charging theirs. And hope that the charger hasn't been vandalised by yet another climate change denier. 🤦

Climate change? I thought the proper term was global warming? What's the next word when Climate Change fails? Much like racism, homophobia etc the left is running out of buzzwords 😂

Better for what environment.? How many little kids are crippled and dead from mining Cobalt for your environmentally friendly cars.
