Free Music and TV : www.relaxmydog.com
Relax My Dog are experts in creating relaxing music to help calm your dog and help dogs to sleep. Our music is composed in-house by our team of producers, and uses sound sweep technology designed to relax and calm your dog. If you dog has sleeping problems, anxiety problems or is stressed during fireworks and thunderstorms, you should try our music and watch your dog relax before your eyes!
♫♫♫ Relax My Dog Music on iTunes:
itunes.apple.com/gb/artist/re...
Relax My Dog's music will help to calm and soothe your dog or puppy in a variety of situations. Console whimpering puppies, minimise separation anxiety, reduce hyperactivity, minimise fear of thunderstorms, stop unwanted barking, comfort sick or injured dogs and calm your dog on car journeys - Relax my Dog does it all!
Relax My Dog's sound sweep technology is the high pitched noise that runs through a lot of our melodies. Many people believe that dogs hear two to three times more than humans - which isn't true. Actually, dogs hear the same as us - just two to three octaves higher. The sound sweep in our music is designed the same as a dog whistle - to hold your dogs attention to the music.
Relax My Dog’s music is unique, and will help in a variety of situations as a substitute for medication. We have helped thousands of dogs and puppies worldwide to sleep and reduce their anxiety. Music therapy for your dog can keep them calm, happy and healthy, and it is a great way to rehabilitate rescue dogs - or just get your puppy or dog used to their new home.
Being re-homed is an incredibly stressful time for dogs - as they have to get used to a lot of different sights and sounds, as well as their new family and any other pets in the household. We recommend that you play Relax My Dog during this time, and it will help reduce their heart rate and relax them while they explore their new surroundings. No more whimpering puppies - they will get used to your home in no time at all with the help of Relax My Dog's music!
You may be crate training or obedience training, which can be a stressful time for both dog and parent, and our music will soothe your pup making your life easier. Crate training can be one of the hardest things about getting a new puppy - as being trapped in a new space and away from you is very scary for them. However, when listening to Relax My Dog you will notice your puppy start to relax, and get more used to their crate.
It is also very useful to calm your dog during car journeys - which many dogs find a stressful time. They may associate it with vets visits - so we recommend playing Relax My Dog's music before and after visits to the vet to reduce their stress.
The worst time of year for over 60% of dogs is Firework season - the loud bangs are really scary for them and you may notice a huge change in your dog during this time. Thunderstorms are another difficult time for dogs, with the majority of dogs being very scared of storms because of the unfamiliar loud noises. Relax My Dog is the perfect solution to this anxiety inducing situation - just play our firework and thunderstorm playlist to reduce your dogs anxiety and make them feel safe.
The most common problem we hear is separation anxiety in dogs, they are pack animals and see their owners as their pack - being separated from you can cause severe anxiety in many dogs. Relax My Dog’s music has improved thousands of cases of separation anxiety and barking canines all over the world - just play them our music when you leave to go to the shops or out of the room, and you will notice a lot less barking and whimpering from your four-legged friend!
So whether you have a Pug, Labrador, Pomeranian, Shi Tzu, Terrier or Great Dane - any breed can become relaxed and calm when listening to Relax My Dog. We are also on a number of social media platforms - so join our community and let's chat! We love to hear about and see pictures of your doggies!

It's with great sadness we have to share the news that Ellie passed away last week, she will be very much missed and was a wonderful part of our channel. Charlotte said "She was 14 years old and had the best life. A huge thank you for having us on your channel, I know she loved filming!" RIP Ellie and run free over Rainbow Bridge ❤

I am so sorry. I lost my toy, Jennie, about the same time that you lost Ellie. I think 14 must be a dangerous age for poodles. I lost my first "really mine" (not my parents') poodle at age 14, and among the litter of 6 pups she had, the four that I kept contact with had all died at age 14. My Jenny died at age-unknown, since she was a rescue. I feel lucky to have had her for nearly 8 wonderful years and (like the other poodles I've lived with) no one could ever take her place.

I've lived with 6 miniature poodles in my life and they've been such amazing dogs. Very intelligent. Sometimes almost too intelligent. They know how to use that to behave naughty if you're not careful. It's a good idea to give them a lot of activity. They're very suitable for many hobbies from agility to dog shows, from hunting to obedience training. They require quite a lot of grooming although not as much as standard. Miniature poodles also don't need as long walks as standard, but they are able to walk very long distances if you take them with you for hiking for example. And I wanna add that miniature poodles tend to bark a lot. It's part of the breed so it's something to keep in mind if thinking of getting one. A big plus is, that they don't shed, so you don't have fur all around your apartment and clothes. Also, this might be random, but your hand doesn't get greasy or smelly after petting them and it's something I take for granted until I meet a dog of another breed.

My little mini poodle is very smart and loves to trick you into getting his way. He also loves playing tag. He’ll chase me and then turn around and run when he tags me. He also communicates through different types of barks I’ve noticed. He howls when a stranger comes up, happily yips when my dad gets home, growls when he needs to go outside, and does this little quiet bark when he wants to be petted. He’s a good boy, but a vey talkitive and smart one. Make sure you have a lot of room, he loves to explore and investigate anything and everything

Miniature poodles are highly intelligent and great companions - they are mind readers especially when you think of going for a walk! Maybe they just know how to “read” you. I’ve had two in my life my first one at 13yr who lived to 19, and my second precious companion who lived to 16.

I've lived with 3 toy poodles in my life. They're all highly intelligent, very active, and can be a bit nuts at times. They all love retrieving things. They are, after all, retrievers. The first was incredibly patient, kind, and always respected my toys when I was a kid. Very good dog. The second was my sisters. He was also quite intelligent, but not much of a cuddler. I created his own hide and seek game with his toys. He hid the toy, we looked for it, and then when we were getting close, he grabbed it and hid it again. He passed away 3 years ago at 16 years old. Now, we've got a 2 1/2 year old who is stubborn, a bit lazy, easy to train tricks, but refuses to be completely housebroken. He has separation anxiety and loves to cuddle.

My Daphne is 20 months old and has the most beautiful deep chocolate hair with red tints in her ears and tail. I have never owned a standard poodle but what a smart, goofy, and sneaky girl she is. She keeps us all laughing with the crazy things she comes up with! Never have I met a dog with so many human characteristics. She loves her pretties I call them. Her collars, clothes, and so on. Just loves being pampered! 💜🩵💜

My Standard is a months old. This is not my first large breed, but it is my first poodle. After I lost my Great Pyrenees, I didn't know if i would be able to have another large breed. But when my wife sent me pictures of a Standard puppy that was near our area, I just couldn't say no. I'm glad I didn't, this "little" girl is one the sweetest pups I've ever had.

I like Standards best. In my experience Miniatures are the geniuses of the Poodle world. Standards are usually sweet, goofy but not the best candidate for precision training even though they have a reputation for being great to train. Some Miniatures are nuts but many are flat out perfect. Toys tend to be a bit sharp but also very bright.

Plus, they are SO intelligent that you must be careful hahaha and are just the right size and weight of a small child/big baby!!! It's delicious to carry them around

My thanks and appreciation to Ellie & Charlotte for their Std Poodle experience! I love (loved) 9 Std Poodles over 50 years. Oldest was 16 years and known one that was 17 years old! As for size ... any poodle over 15" at the shoulder = Std Poodle. That means very wide size range because one of mine was 27.5" ... and there are larger! Currently I have 2 smaller standards 21" and 23". Some retrieve, others point to the object for you to retrieve! Most love the water but not baths. Grooming is always important especially as a young dog when Poodles' hair changes from puppy hair to typically curly poodle hair around 9-12 months old. If not brushed ... then huge matted mess. Although some poodles are hunting fanatics, others are not. Some poodles are therapy dogs, champion show dogs, and everything in-between. Std Poodles are very versatile which means it's critical to have an idea of your needs BEFORE you get yours. Hunting = high activity level + instincts + focus. Family dog = low activity level + human focus. They come in both and everything in the middle ... most are med - high activity. All are very intelligent and can find something to keep them busy if their human doesn't ... usually not what the human thinks is great like digging or ??? Another trait is extremely sensitive noses ... they can find wild turkeys, rabbits, and skunks 😬. Best of all Standards love their people and desire to be with them ... all the time. Hiking, playing, watching TV, and having dinner 😉. I love each of my standards and find my choices are important up front - one was very, very active and prey driven which was not my focus and thus we didn't fit well together. Others fit so well! They come in solid colors, parti colors, and several patterns like phantom and brindles too. Excellent companions and therapists! I 💕 my 🐩.

I’m a standard, mini, and teacup owner. They’re all different personalities and even inside breeds, different personalities. No two poodles are the same. That being said, the most costly are standard poodles. Vet bills and general maintenance. Health issues are guaranteed. But big warmth in bed back to back or between the feet and huge tongue alarm clock “I gotta pee” wake ups are bonus. My minis and teacups can hold it till I get outta bed the second time and are just as jealous for attention. When my standard, mini, teacup, shin tzu, and yorky-poo pass, I’ll definitely adopt another standard poodle.

I have two blue standards, wonderful companions. I’ve owned four standards, would never consider a different breed now. Lola, my 7-year-old, developed Addisons two years ago but has been stable on her meds since diagnosis. Ripley is 7 months now, another blue girl. Neither like the water lol, they hate ruining their hair I think. My first girl Tash hated getting her feet wet so peed in the house if it was raining. They are super smart and very very sociable, but also tremendous guard dogs.

They are awesome! I owned German Shepherds, Malamutes and Huskies previously......now I have three Standards and wouldn't have another dog breed now. An added plus, all three love gunfire (shotgun music daddy) and Harleys......go figure.

I have a mini poodle ages 2 years and 4 months and she hates water too. Mini and toy poodles can Resource guard and growl at you. Mine does. It's because she suffers what they call small dog syndrome and she is an anxious dog. I love her to bits and she is so affectionate when she is not anxious. She also suffers separation anxiety too.

Standard Poodles can be anywhere between 18 and 28/29 inches at the shoulder and weigh anywhere between 40-60 lbs. They are a nice medium-sized breed. There are 3 sizes. Toy: Under 10 inches, Miniature Poodles: 10-16 inches and Standard; which are labelled as being over 18 inches but they are commonly only found as sizes between 24-29 inches, you very rarely find them in the smaller sizes as they are supposed to be more averagely medium, not smaller medium-sized dogs :)

My mini is a rescue we’ve had for 3 years now. He’s 11. Smart as a whip, and its kind of creepy sometimes bc he’ll watch my kids if they come out of their rooms to go downstairs he’ll go upstairs to check if they left their bedroom doors open in case there’s something he can get into. he loves water, loves to go in the car, doesn’t like the heat, but loves to go hiking. I’d like to think he loves us not just bc we feed him, but he is food obsessed.

I had a standard poodle years ago, he was black also and named sooty, he was also clever but didn’t like water either, as soon as you mentioned bath his head would go down and he would cower away and go to his bed, a few times people would stop me and always said how big he was as they had standard poodles also but nowhere near his size, I would love another one but I’m getting a bit too old for that now.
