What to eat in TAXCO (pueblo magico)

Taxco has some surprisingly good food! If you’re wondering what to eat in Taxco, then you’re at the right video. We show a variety of street food, rooftop restaurants, local spots, and bars in this pueblo magico.
The state of Guerrero is known for its pozole, barbacoa, and mole rosa. Taxco is a great place to try all of these!

So I went on an art and food tour in CDMX and we stopped at this very authentic hole-in-the-wall place that served only pozole. It looked and smelled amazing and I was SOOO bummed because I am vegetarian so of course I couldn’t eat it. I wonder if there is any vegetarian pozole in Mexico? But maybe that would be considered sacrilege 😂
