diets can be tough yes but hunter made a very good point in this video. If you can put the time and effort into making your diet meals taste good instead of just chucking some frozen pre made crap in the microwave, really will make the diet so much more sustainable. I use to constantly think about when my next cheat day/meal was going to be but just making the adjustment of putting that extra effort/time into making the diet food taste good goes such a long way. Longevity and consistency

Absolutely. Some people think like it's noble to eat bland food they hate, as if that makes them more hardcore. Nah, the point isn't to hate your life. It ain't gotta be a gourmet meal but if it's torture to eat it, something is wrong.

I'm a 68 year old body builder female from your day Lee! I train 6 days a week and still hit the weights hard. If I'm gonna be lean, I need the muscle to hold up the skin...LOL I laugh because facial wrinkles are a givin, no botox for me, that's scarry stuff. No duck lips either, just a well aged "ma am". Stronger that shit and I just don't fit my age...Advice, once you start just keep going. I train with my 32 year old baby girl...time has flown by. Looking great Lee! It does pay off.

To me it tastes great. Along with 1 Zypan enzyme, 500mg turmeric, 1000mg cinnamon, 1000mg Ester C. Intra workout is 1st Detachment Nutrition Field Rations.
