    Guys go for 2-3 fried eggs oatmeal made with almond milk with apples this will make you feel great before a game I promise

    Do this 1.5 yo 1hours before the game then 10 minutes before your about to play have a banana and half a litre of water

    JuniorKickerz the banana and half litre of water need time to digest, you should only have 2/5 of a litre of water from 4 hours from kick off

    Carbs are by far the most important foods to eat especially before a game. The simpler the carbs the closer to the game you would want to consume them. More complex carbs are better to be eaten at least 1 hour before match time (pasta, rice). Simple carbs would be like energy drinks and so on.

    This is what I do guys try this I guarantee you it's going to work have gluten-free oats with almond butter and almond milk 2 hours before a match hopefully that helps.

    It is recommended to eat 3 - 4 hours before a game with a light snack 90 minutes before hand also..
