Yes! If you send emails on Monday people are stressed and bombarded with all the emails are piled up from the weekend Tuesday is your best bet and after they’ve gotten their day started so I like to hit that spot After lunch! People are also way more likely to be kind after lunch… This comes into play a lot with judges and people getting a more favorable sentence after the judge has had lunch!

Hi, Just to check if I understood correctly, at 10:40 you said to don't send the calendar link to the client on the first email?

This video was so helpful, I took so many notes! I plan on starting my freelance marketing business soon and I had one question. When growing your agency should you niche down? Like should I take any social media job I get or should I socialize in a certain niche?

Hello, will taking your course help me get started on my own as freelancer? I am a single mother an have been looking for a remote career and this seems perfect for me to start. I never managed social media for a business but I am sure I can do it. I already have a business that has asked for my help. Will your courses teach me qhat I need to know?

Hi Latasha! I quit my job today and have high hopes of succeeding in freelance social media management. I have a question for you. Do I need a business license to work as a freelance social media/marketing manager?

10:40 I don't understand. Why do many freelancers seem to have an allergic reaction to someone just sending a calendly link that will objectively make the scheduling process easier for all involved? Can someone help me understand this and why it's ''insulting'' to send it? Why do you think it's bad to do it @Latasha?

  • @thelatashajames

Lol who said I had an allergic reaction? I was saying you shouldn’t shove a calendar link in someone’s inbox without getting to know them first, that’s all…

@@thelatashajamesI just said "allergic reaction" as a way to express that you had a strong reaction against it, as I've noticed others having as well, and wanted to understand why, that's all... so it wasn't intended to be aggressive or anything in case it felt that way, lol And I get that there's definitely ways to do it that seems arrogant and entitled (and I'm certainly not advocating to "shove it in" someone else's inbox either lol) But do you think there is any acceptable way to offer a calendly link in a cold email? Because frankly, I find it makes the process more effective for all involved, don't you? Thanks for the answer and the vid! Your channel is very useful and cool 😊
