What to do if your charger is stuck on your Fisker Ocean? When to pull this cable in the door?

This cable does not open your hood/frunk on your Fisker Ocean One.
But it can be useful if a charger won't release from the car, be sure to pull it gentle to release the pin and not break the pin.

No problem!! Going to try to get some more over the weekend, showing the tow hitch etc. :)
try pushing UNLOCK on your key fob twice before trying this trick.

Yup exactly, as said in the video hitting unlock twice is the key!
