@@jaskiratsingh5084 not being sore is OK, as long as your arms are tired and you cannot do as much Reps as you can when you started that means your arms are getting those gains, honestly a sore is kind of bad because it puts you out of the days of training sometimes you’re too sore you cannot get in your routine of workouts as you would like to so I think ideally you don’t want to be sore you just want to be tired.

So getting sore is a sign of over working and as time progresses your muscles adapt and can go to true failure without damaging itself. that’s probably the state our muscles are supposed to be in and not the weak state they are in for most people nowadays where they get sore without reaching failure.

This was good to hear. I just got back in the gym after a a year and a half off but have been on and off for years. But my first week I was so sore second week with increase on all my lifts based on the programs demands and on the 2nd week I have no soreness I wasn't expecting my body to adapt so quickly

This cleared up alot for me. Ive been working out for 3 months now. And I created a routine throughout the gym of different machines I got too. On the machines, I would add weight and its difficult to lift or handle. I can throw up a few sets but my muscles would fail. The next day... no soreness,.... nothing. I was skeptical about adding more and more weight because that can easily lead to injury. But this answered it. I have to vary my exercises. ive been on that same routine for about 2 months nows.

I recently re started going to he gym and lifting weights. But what surprised me was that the day after I wasn't as sore as I was expecting to be. I did go back to my drawing board and asked myself maybe I want pushing myself hard enough so maybe I should increase my reps, but still not as much muscle soreness the day after. Thank you for this video..all in all, I'm doing just fine 💪

Thank you. I started working out to lose fat about 3 weeks ago without a trainer and since that first week I haven't been sore and I have been adding more weight I thought I wasn't working out hard enough but this video cleared it up to me. I'm happy I'm doing a good job.

I think they’re setting people up to lack in intensity by telling us soreness doesn’t mean it was a good work out. You can hit the gym and lift weights all day without really getting a work out in. You still need the appropriate intensity. Recovery is key

  • @danielcraciun4106

Wel because sorrness doesn’t mean it was a good workout… they said the level of soreness indicates how goof of a workout was. If you overdo it, the soreness is more acute and you caused more damage that you should’ve, the CNS is gonna take much longer to recover and you are gonna feel like shit. The best thing you cand take from this is, like they said, if you are adding volume/intensity and don’t feel sore after a workout, then you are winning

Thank you guys. I’ve been training five days a week one muscle group per day for the last nine months and today I was thinking to myself why I don’t get soreness anymore. I mean I feel some sort of tightness as if I did work out properly and I have seen massive results, however I don’t feel the soreness that I used to feel the first month. This answers my question - yes, I guess I am doing it right

Ever thought about doing a upper lower off upper lower off off. Split? Allows you to train muscle groups twice a week which gives better results and only train 4 days a week vs 5 and still gives muscles 72 hours to recover which is the upper end of the 48-72 hour recovery.

Hey guys would appreciate any advice. I’m currently bulking, goal is 200lbs and went from 155 to 182 now. My body is gaining mass little by little but I feel like my bicep and triceps don’t have the bump like i thought i would’ve had by now. I do on average probably 5-7 exercises for each muscle and lift slightly but just enough to have good form and squeeze my muscles for a good 2-3 seconds. When I reach 200lbs my idea is to cut down to 190-180 I guess but idk i might have to gain more than that if my arms don’t put on a little more mass. My arms are plump when i make the 💪🏽flex but just not say when i’m not using them or anything. Based on this do you think when i start to cut, the shape will come or should I start doing different exercises? Currently I feel the same as this video explains for not being sore but i’m making decent progress but I feel my arms aren’t progressing as much as i thought they would like my other muscles even tho I train the same intensity and sets like my other days. Would love any help, ty and have a great day guys.

I like it to where i dont feel it unless i flex the muscle and only feel it very slightly not even sore just like its recovering. I have 60-72 hours before i workout the same muscle group so i give it time to heal.
