YOU COVER IN GREAT DETAIL WHAT NOT TO INVEST IN “but” you don’t go into much detail in generating cash flow just general broad strokes... I am 60 have 3 months of living expenses saved. Where should start to make my excess money work for me....

It really comes down to knowing your Investor DNA. The world has people believe investing is a passive activity, it can be if you want your money to pass you buy. Cash Flow Investing is key. Risk isn’t in the investment, it is in the investor. For passive investing, best option I know is cashflowbanking.com, but it won’t have home run rates of return, it is a great start though.

Great job on time stamps and the iPad demo! However I think y’all missed some of the iPad display when you were writing

Working on a very comprehensive video with illustrations and calculators.

Would this be smart garret: use a CC to buy a car (cause I couldn’t get a loan) but I want to now take the car an get a loan against it from the bank an pay off the CC an pay monthly on the loan because I don’t have any loans on my credit report?

Garrett, on that 280k property, you bought it, he paid you instead and bought it back..didnt that free up 90k split betwern u two =45k not 90k each?
