    It's amazing the knowledge this guy provide. I never did listen to somebody talking this way about insurance. If you would say it's a way to keep the money of your family thought generations like the Rockfellers. Now people would probably buy more of them. Now I know where to put that information in my finances. So I would have my actual net worth and my insurances would be my future net worth plus my actual net worth.

    Can this method work with a foreign domiciled life ins. company while living in a third country? Or do you have to be a resident of the jurisdiction where the insurance carrier is located?

    Selling your death benefit at a discount is a good idea. But if your policy has a chronic, critical or terminal illness rider you'd get up to 80% of your death benefit while your still alive. All at no cost. Still leaving 20% to cover your final expenses

    is all cash flow taxed tho?? or reported as taxable income?

  • @juliohernandez3323

    @juliohernandez3323

    It depends. Cash flow has different streams. Ordinary income (the most heavily taxed of them all) like from your job, capital gains (taxed at a lower rate) like selling a property or stock dividends, and what is called passive income like from rental properties, royalties, etc, those are taxed at the lowest rate, often times 0 taxed.

    Muni bonds are tax free, cash value can be tax free, real estate cash flow can be tax advantaged, and retirement plans (if not Roth) are taxable upon withdrawal.

    Hmmm...net worth? Compound interest? People talk about this as they pay near 50% in total taxes. Move your life to a low tax jurisdiction ( Not the USA ) and do some math to see how that huge saving looks compounded. Makes the other stuff look like chump change. Meanwhile, most spend their time rearranging the chairs on the Titanic.
