That retaining wall will fail in short order... Where is the behind the retaining wall drain system?

They will put it in when they pour the concrete

But they are backfilling and grading without installing the drain system... That retaining wall will fail

I do agree with you but it's one of these cheap know it all contractors who believe it'll make it past the one year warranty and it's not his problem

I don’t understand why you contractors that do this work don’t waterproof the backsides of this retaining walls

I don't know that's a good question bc concrete do soak up water
