Appreciate everything shared in this video. This is an ideal and healthy working environment. Some workplaces do not provide such interactions. The employees do not have a say in the organization except for a "yes" and show a "can do" response. Thank you for this inspiring video. This is good learning.

Hi, I’ve just started to work at new workplace at the beginning of this month! I’ve already made several mistakes and I can really relate to this video’s all of the situations😭(upsetting, overwhelming, constantly saying yes etc…!) And of course I do realise that I over-apologise a lot after making mistakes… All of the advices are quite helpful and motivates me to move forward!! Thanks for making such an amazing video!! I’m going to acknowledge mistakes, rectify and keep moving forward🚶‍♀️🔥 素敵なアドバイスありがとうございます🌟

Can you show work scenarios that happened in factory or construction fields? Like can you say that while your mistakes is injuring/affecting one's person? How would the proper apology and moving forward be as a professional?
