What They Don't Tell You About Teenage Anxiety

I suffered with anxiety from the age of 13-18 and I KNOW how much of a negative effect this has on teenagers, especially when you have to navigate through school. Despite this, I managed to overcome my teenage anxiety by implementing these 5 simple strategies that I share with you today.
This is a bit of new video for me and I am coming at this from quite a vulnerable position by letting you know all about the struggles I had growing up: from my weight loss journey, to me not wanting to leave my room and stopping doing the things that I once enjoyed. So, I really hope that through sharing my journey to overcome my teenage anxiety, you too will be able to become more confident.

    Glad that you picked out that quote because, for sure, it is something to live by. The scariest things are often the things that give us the biggest reward. It's only when we keep doing them, that they get easier. It's so cool that you've found the channel and thanks for your support.
