I think it'll be a good video game movie. But if it's going to be a good movie in general is iffy. It's being made by illumination... It needs to be graphic I want to see Ridley ripping a scientist and half Sam is fighting for her life in the hospital from the parasite X and her bing hunted down by the SA-X over the course a season with tons and tons of childhood flashbacks I’m a huge fan of Metroid 4 even though the game sucks its the prettiest the story is straight out of alien it’s basically easy mode if you can’t beat Metroid 4 then you shouldn’t play Metroid games it’s by far the easiest Metroid with the classic gameplay

LVBBoi it is the best looking 2d Metroid game it’s one of the best GameBoy advance games Best bosses etc. and I am nostalgic for it it was the first Metroid game I actually played or beat and I still play it but talking to that computer just sucks the life out of you and on your 2nd play through that’s really annoying I didn’t notice it or care when it was the first Metroid game I ever played since I’ve played most of them and fusion is the only one that has this problem keep in mind I understand the game Hass to be linear and that’s not a problem hand holding is the problem

You can bet on one thing from that upcoming Sonic movie: the memes will be spicy delicious.

Bryce Mckenzie Again, How exactly the Zelda cartoon was "enjoynable"?

Before the pandemic I watched the first half of season 1 with my best friend and it was genuinely one of the funniest things we’ve ever seen. Hell, some of the songs are unironically fire.

Saber, you mention that this show did a good job of capturing the esthetic of the game. When people have complained about this show, the faithfulness to the game is the last complaint people have about it. Really, what we say is bad about the show is the plots of the episodes. They're so weird and bizarre. Although, I do like this show ironically

I watched every episode when I was younger back in the late 2000s. I thought the show was good then. Rewatching this show feels like a fever dream. The DK games are fun, but I like to imagine the show is in some alternative universe.

I just wish they'd make a Smash Bros anime. I'm serious. Anime style, but also gives off their individual vibe. Basically Subspace with voice acting.

JoJo337_ the closest we got to a Smash Bros anime was Palutena's reveal trailer (which was pretty cool) I would like to see subspace emmisary in anime style though. It would work really well

Chavon James Then again, Subspace Emissary in the amazing style of the trailers for Switch would be brilliant.

I have a VCR collection of this show from my childhood. I do not know why, nor how I got them. I just assume that the managed to manifest themselves while looking for a new host to drain.

We were supposed to do a video project, write it, video it, show it. Simple right? Long story shot I accidentally send this and my teacher didint notice until he opened the video and infront of the whole class saw and heard a terrifying DK singing, long story short I got sent to detention because they thought I did it on purpose or somthing, now my nickname to that class is “DK girl” i still love the video

Donkey Kong should definitely have his own album.

When I think of games turn into cartoons, I think of the kirby anime. Kirby: right back at ya. I NEED A MONSTA TO CLOBBA THAT THERE KIRBY!

I used to watch this as a kid. My dad would rent it for me at blockbuster lol.

My older cousin loved this show as a kid and would watch it like crazy and I went to his house one day and saw he had a vhs of Donkey Kong Country Legend of the Crystal Coconut and he let me have it and it was his childhood copy the only copy he had of the entire show and I went home and watched it over and over again to the point I showed it to my brother who loved too and me and him watched it over and over again and we still have it to this day seriously y’all need to watch this show

Cooper Animates Yes, that actually is a thing. It was never released outside of japan but there is a very good English fan-dub online.

Well hey, Detective Pikachu did well. It carried the charm of the series, did better than the game it was based on, stayed true to the source material (I will never stop appreciating that the policemen had Growlithes), and the designs were all really good! Also, the team behind Castlevania is in fact doing a new VG series, but they have their sights set on Devil May Cry. I know a series based on that already exists, but I don't think it went very far and Bootleg Universe has shown themselves to be very capable. I'm excited. 😀

This channel always reminds me of "Joshua and the Promised land."
