A little bit of Sailor Moon trivia: Usagi is 14 when the story starts, but she is 17 by the end and 22 when she married Mamoru so technically the version of her in the movie is most likely the 22 year old Usagi of the future arc. Why she's wearing the original Sailor Moon costume instead of the Eternal costume beats me.

I mean, I'm not too surprised you traced it back to France. Animation often outsources internationally. I'm pretty sure Family Guy is mostly animated in South Korea(or used to be) and our very own Sunrise of Gundam and Cowboy Bebop fame had one of their studios working on Batman: The Animated Series, the OG Batman. On top of that, France has a pretty renowned animation scene. If you ever do a sort of "hidden gems" video, consider watching Lastman, which I believe is still available on VRV. It's a French animated series based on a French comic book and it eventually got an English dub too.

Usagi was 14 in the original and tuxedo mask was 20. I remember this because as I got older I began to wonder wait he's in college how old are they lol. That being said you have to question why did they choose a 14 yrs old character to sexualize? That's like people who like shouta or lolicon isn't weird when it's very specifically children. It's still weird. Edit: To clarify it's not that the character has to behave like the original. Of course not. It's the fact the character itself is 14. Edit 2: I decided to rewatch sailor moon because it's been years. On the first episode and her standing next to he mom really puts in perspective her being 14. As a kid I only saw English dubs and I can't recall them having the intros saying her age. My fave enemy was the 2 alien creatures who tried saving their tree.

It's just proof that YT is the one who has issues with certain content they don't approve of and they wants certain youtubers gone by forbidding them money. Companies who want to survive in the long term shouldn't care about virtue signal and silly politics, they want ppl to see their ads, in the end it's all about money.

I remember reading about these things online back then. Though living in Australia, I would never see most of the stuff reviewed on this channel due to requirements of OFCL (now the ACB) age ratings. Though I *do* have vague recollections of coming across a copy of this in a bootleg dvd store on a trip to Sydney.

Wow I also have rule 34 story not as bad but still pretty bad. when my brother was little he discovered a dirty website with rule 34 of Pokémon. The only computer was in the living room where the GameCube was. when I was playing Pokémon XD gale of darkness it disgusted me. He went to that website almost daily till my parents caught him and blocked it.

omg Saber if you made a video about 9 you would literally become my #1 favorite youtuber no doubt. its literally my favorite movie of all time. so much so that i got the Talisman symbols tattoo’d on me.

As a child I saw this picture, I thought to myself "there was an episode with both DBZ and Sailor moon?" I was excited to check it out, but the art looked different and I assumed it was a bootleg or fan made creation. I really wanted to get it too, but I didn't like bootleg movies or poorly made fan videos so I passed it by. Thank goodness my snooty little behind was granted a few more years of purity. lol
