Ray Epps on film going into the restricted area.....and now Ray Epps wants to sue fox news for defamation? I think Epps was hoping the Dems would still cover for him using the video of him supposedly holding people back. But this clip clearly shows he did in fact enter the area that was restricted and by Democrats own rules he should be arrested and charged. Democrats did NOT give him any type of immunity for his testimony.....unless Democrats now want to say they gave him secret immunity? If he wasn't a Fed.....was he a DNC operative? A provocateur? Why are the Dems so incredibly defensive of him if he really is a member of the so called "mob" of Trump supporters?

The answer to your question is NO, no FBI Director recommended charges in any case. That is not their job. They investigate and Grand Juries and prosecutors to make the decision whether or not to prosecute. Yes any FBI director can make recommendations or file lesser charges in the interests of justice. When an FBI director knows an investigation wouldn't serve justice because there was no intent to commit a crime like in Hillary case he can recommend no charges. Do we really need another failed republican investigation like White Water, Benghazi or the Russian hoax by Durham that couldn't show any wrong doing?

What the hell this man has more crime on his hands then anyone yet epps was the entire instigator of it all he insisted everything if he’s not arrested then everyone else’s charges should be dropped!!!

It’s blatantly obvious he is either an undercover federal agent from some agency or a CHS! Have to be deaf, dumb, stupid, and a moron to not see it. If he is an undercover agent I would argue what he did was entrapment because he solicited, incited, and orchestrated the breach both the night before and the day off! A law enforcement can not criminally solicit to someone to commit a crime and then lock those people that were solicited to commit those crimes. That’s the definition of entrapment, and why they refuse any acknowledgment because God knows how many cases would be dismissed. Furthermore they allegedly had a lot of prior knowledge and intelligence that they admit to, but failed to act upon. This incident has all the stink of a government intelligence operation to place the blame at Trumps feet, and I’m not a Trump fan. I would’ve preferred Ted Cruz in 2016 and the more I read up on and learn about I like Vivek for 2024. I think Tim Scott would be a good choice also.

You and this congressman miss the most important point that hundreds of FBI agents and millions of taxpayer dollars wouldn’t be diverted to catch and prosecute 1/6 criminals if not for Loser Trump’s refusal to admit that he lost the election. How can he call him the “best president ever” when he violated the constitution by refusing to acknowledge the results of a fair and legal election and allow the peaceful transition of power? The twice (bipartisan) impeached loser was the worst president ever.
