Woohoo! I was about Liam's age when my first bone broke. Left arm in two places. It's all healed up now, after about 50 years LOL You'll recover! Happiest of holidays to you and yours Matt. That mini is super sweet!

Hope you heal up quick Liam! We got our Mini LMT too and it is very impressive! The only bad part about it is it makes our FMS Smashers pretty much obsolete, lol.

Really appreciate that. Very true about the smashers! I don’t like the brake on it. It don’t seem very strong. Unless theirs some tuning. I haven’t looked into it yet. We just started playing lol

@@2fmrc we are only 3 packs in, mainly at 50% throttle indoors. I haven't got to drive it much with the kids hogging the transmitter, lol. We are going to run them in our monster truck racing group as a near-stock class, but allow a HW 1060 ESC, so we'll see if that improves brake!

Speedy recovering Liam!

My childhood friend broke his ankle test riding a moped my other friend owned. I felt so bad for him. At least it happened to Liam in the winter. Do all of the physical therapy. Liam has grown!

He is a young man now for sure. Crazy how the time flies! Worst thing for him is it knocks him out of basketball season. He was really enjoying it this yr. Same for me lol. I was coaching his team. I love coaching all of the kids but was having a blast with him on the team traveling with us as well.

I'm really liking the 1/18 rigs including the LMT mini. I had to get the Grom and I'd most definitely consider this! Happy Holidays!

Yeah I think I’ll like it once I get it lined out. Took it out on its first run and had some issues but I’ll get them sorted out and it’ll be sick I’m sure!

Spent a Christmas with a tib fib fracture and two rods in my leg...also the Christmas I got nothing but jetski racing gear...thanks for the content. I like that your an RC guy and a family man. I can relate but I don't know how you find the time for the content you make.

That sounds a lot like what my son is going through. He has been big into basketball this year. I’m even coaching his team at school and now he’s done for the season. Everyone was getting him basketballs,arm sleeves,mouth guards etc for Xmas and now he can’t use them for a good while. I hate it for him! I’ve definitely slowed down on content lately due to needing more time to be dad/coach but they are only young once and I don’t know what I’ll do when they are grown and leave us lol

@@2fmrc Damn I specifically remember my mother sneaking off to cry when I was opening all those presents. I think it was harder on my parents than it was for me. To be honest all it did was push me harder to come back. I still remember how stoked I was to get back to life after that injury. Your doing good pops. I am trying to slow down and not miss the stages for my kids. I got one I'm getting him a Mini t at 3.5yrs and one I'm teaching to drive a fullsize at 16yrs (he also loves basketball and is on the spectrum with some processing stuff but he's achieving so much) Merry Christmas to you and the family and all I can say having lived a similar deal is it's an experience that me and my family actually shake our heads and laugh about now.

Thanks for sharing some of your family’s Christmas time with the world. I hope your son heals back to 110%😁 About the Mini Digger. I think it is priced $200 higher than it should be. That’s according to Amazon’s price of over $600 as of 1/5/24. Losi has some nice stuff but is far from Cadillac status. It’s just a rebadged WM toy IMO!

Hope Liam heals quick. I was 10-11 when I tore tendons in my ankle on a trampoline and was in a cast for 3 months. Ooof.

Man I really think that horizon is trying to run amain out of business. They took over all of these companies and now delay shipping so Amain and others look bad. IMO I’d order from amain any chance I get because horizon is terrible! They charged me 3 times for this truck! Only reason I ordered from them is because I knew they’d have them first being they own losi.
