Ooh, the course sounds interesting, I'll check it out. I think the energy work/meditations are the part that I'm enjoying. I'm actually curious about the work I can do while living my day to day life and continuing the inner union journey. So far I've focused a lot on divine mantras but was wondering if you had any thoughts on thought management, mantras, and continuing the inner work throughout the day mentally?
