Oh hell ya! Love this type of video. EXCELLENT. One thing that I noticed right away that I am doing wrong is on some of those shots you used english - I would have used far too much. You are not using but maybe a half tip or less on those shots. I can see why I struggle sometimes with english. I am using far too much. Keep making these types of videos. Really really good.

I do the same thing. One thing I am starting to think about is the quality of stroke I'm putting on the cue and how that affects the action on it. Good luck!

Agreed. I'm using too much english. In tonight's league play, I won't go more than a cue tip off center, excepting stop shots.

A good drill is to hit the cue ball the length of the table, straight, and adjust the amount you move the tip to apply English. You will learn quickly how a little English goes a long way. And speed too.

I noticed the same and I also have been using too much english. So I used much less last night in my league and as a result I went 4-1. Thanks for the upload Sharivari, great video!

I personally believe the amount of English you put on the cue ball is dependent on the cue that you use, I found this out after I owned my first cue. It puts more spin on the cue ball than a standard house cue would
I really, really enjoy there being no music over the meat of this video.
This was good. I also really appreciate the cue ball icon showing where you’re making contact so make sure you keep that. 👍🏻👍🏻

It drives me nuts when other pool youtubers don't show where they hit the ball

Absolutely!!!
Thanks for using the GoPro. Please continue with that. I was shocked to see how little left or right you aimed on the ball to make it go in that direction. I've been over-doing that lots recently.

You may also be playing on a crap table :) which does not help

As mozb87 said, I play in a Pool Bar league and away tables vary wildly in condition. Sometimes you really have to muscle shots and exaggerate English, draw, top whatever to get action on the cue ball. The table used in the video is pristine hence the minimum adjustments, dont beat yourself up over it

As comment below, Pool hall or pub tables vary wildly in condition. Dont beat yourself up over it minimum adjustments in this video because the table is pristine.
I was always wondering why there are no videos that teach with a go pro, but you now are on another level compared to other KZread billiards channels, keep up the good work
This gopro is a great addition to your lessons man! I love it!
Just gotta say...I am relatively new to pool but your video’s have moved me up SOOOO quickly to catch up with my pool buddies. Thanks!!!
The go pro gives a perspective that no other KZreadr will show us. Please keep using it in future videos
I think these are the best lessons, where you explain what your thought process is and even give a few other ways to play the shot. Also the head cam puts it into perspective really well, so you can see "from the eyes" of a pro and maybe even compare to your own technique, bridge placement etc. Great lesson all around!
Loved this video. I like this kind of teaching. I pause between shots to see how I would have played. Almost matched with your suggestions. 😄
I really enjoyed this lesson, would love a few more just like this. It's always good to hear what someone else's thought process is.
This is EXACTLY the video lessons I want to see! Exactly this! More please
Definately more of these, you're awesome buddy. I appreciate the time you put into sharing your knowledge. Thank you, for real.
Thank you SO MUCH for making this type of video!! I’ve been looking for material like this for months!
I really had fun doing this one. And it also amazed me how good this was to see mistakes in my technique, that I didn't conciously notice before. I hope you enjoyed this video too! See you soon :) Here is the link to the first KZread I uploaded on this channel in case you're interested: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pZii0cZmodjAk5c.html Here is the link to my Patreon page: www.patreon.com/Sharivari
Love this video, love this format. Best one yet.
Wonderful video! I really like this way of teaching! I started videoing myself after watching both your videos here and Mark Wilson’s clinic posted on KZread at Derby this year. My game has already jumped 2 balls from simply addressing fundamentals properly. Thank you!
The Go Pro is a fantastic addition to your content. Having that Point of View perspective along with the cue ball point of contact diagram keeps you as one of my favorite video makers. Thanks for all you do!
Hey i love the videos you share, they help me out alot when it comes to shooting the right shot with the right english and timing...i been binge watching your videos to help my game to get to its best...
Great video! Great explanation and showing your shots on the cue ball.
Definitely More videos like this! It's extremely helpful with your cue ball shot markers! Thank you!
I always learn something and its always fun. Thank you.👍
Great video! I like the real life shots and the commentary as you go to explain the difficulty of the shot and how hard and what english you are using. Keep up the great work!
Great for you as always I always have trouble trying to put backspin on the ball sometimes but I feel like this video could make me learn a thing or two about pulling draw shots off thanks again man!
Love this video as we are learning quiet a lot from, and basically this can keep us sustaining our consistency in a game. That means you nailed it & love it 😍👌👌👌 Your Videos has made me one hell of a most good 🎱 pool player and I thank you in that regard and will keep watching your videos. 👏👏👏
Very nice format and I definitely would like to see more of this type of video. Thank you!
Yes! Most valuable to hear strategy, english, and cue speed!
Hey Sharivari I really enjoy watching and learning from your videos. You deliver your lessons in a manner that is clearly understandable in a language which is not over complicated by excess. It leaves the viewer feeling after watching a video that , great ! I understand what he was saying and doing so NOW i can go out and practice with confidence knowing i will improve!. All of that makes a world of difference as you grow into this marvelous game. Thanks a Ton. Dexter
I really like looking down the cue, I understand more of what u r talking about. Thanks for all the hard work, u put into making these videos.
One of the better videos I've seen. Great job explaining your thought process
this was super excellent. Your videos with the x on the cue ball help so much. So awesome thank you. the go pro works great. the view down the cue is excellent
Awesome idea. Definitely going to strap my action cam to my head now to critique my own performance. Also, in the previous video where you discussed your responsibility is just controlling the cue was so simple but so insightful. My form has tremendously improved just from reminding myself of this when making shots.
Totally love it! Best way to actually see what you are describing! Give us more!
Great video. I love the first person view and explanation of your shot options before you hit it.
Another winner 🎱👍 GoPro very nice addition to your graphics and explanations. Thank you Shavari
Really like the go pro shots! Let's us see what you are doing/thought process even more. Great video!
Love the new camera angle with gopro. Brings us right into the real-world action to see what you're doing as you explain the shot. More like this please.
Keep up the great videos Shariv, and thank you very much!
Great videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I'm learning something every time. Videos are editing very well are the gopro angle is fantastic. 👍👍
I always enjoy your vids. They are well done. Good work!
This style of video is perfect. Very helpful mate.
Excellent Video. Perfect Speed. Thanks for all the videos.
Love the new format! I've been playing awhile and considering myself an intermediate player. By that I mean I'm able to run a couple of racks in straight pool and if I'm presented an open rack in 9-ball I can run out 70% of the time. That being said I always take away something from your videos. Keep it up and thanks for making them.
The 1rst person view on shots is a game changer. Physically seeing the speed you hit the ball with the correct English is HUGE! Your best video yet. The practice drills in 1rst person would be awesome. Trying to see a cue ball point of contact on the corner of the screen can be confusing due to the angle being reversed in the camera. 1rst person will accelerate our comprehension of what's going on. Thanks!
Good video. I like the go pro view along with the ball animation.
Love these types of videos. Please more like this. So helpful
I really enjoyed the Go Pro views and description of cue ball travel based on the English applied. Thanks and I look forward to more of the same!
Excellent stuff Sir. I love the camera angles and the cue ball English position. Keep it up!
You make it look so easy. I love it!!!!
Great Video. that was very helpful. I liked that you explained everything and then you shot the shot. Thank You for sharing it. Please do more.
Love the new format. Keep it up.... Yes! do more videos like this..
This was a cool video! I like the pov camera.
Love this video. I'm not a beginner. I can play center ball pool all day but when I apply English, I often get confused what it's going to do or where the cue ball will go. This really helps
As usual very good tutorial on how to take control of the cue Ball. Thanks!
Very good video. Very informative! Thanks!
wow.... out of all the pool videos i see about center to edge an all, this is the best videos that reli explained most of it... thanks for the video bro... best video ever made... go pro video an u will make a history on youtube with this kinda demonstration , i assure u 100% .... my name is morgan........ peace out ***************
Excellent video! Definitely more like this.
Love the way you show how it works !
Dawg I love your videos I learn alot, on how you explain everything. 🙏🏾
Great format! Keep it coming.
Love it mate, keep up with the good work.
You should do way more videos like this, just going through runouts. This is THE most helpful video I have seen in quite a while! Thanks!
Thanx man 👍,I used to be able to pot 4 or 5 balls consecutively and consistently, however after viewing your videos and practicing what I saw you do, I'm proud to say that I can now pot 15 to 20 fairly regularly, thanxs again 🎱
Excellent tutorial! Love the go pro.
Great video! Especially the shot to get on the 8. Using english to come into the line instead of across it. I still struggle to find ways to do that. This was an excellent example. More videos like this please! Thanks
Really dig the go-pro view. Keep up the great work!
Great videos! Congrats from Brazil!
I enjoy the gopro style videos and commentary, keep up the good work!
Yes, do more of these videos they're very helpful ....thank you

Great., ive learn alot! Thanks for all the lesson you shared!
Great Vid man!!! Well done!!!
Really liked this video. The POV really adds to the analysis
I really wish you would do more videos just like this. I struggle to figure out what English to use on various shots and this is very helpful
Nicely done. More like this please.
Nicely done :). Make sure for those who dont know. When applying english, you need to alter the angle due to the cue ball when move to the opposite way, when the cue ball is struck. Practice makes perfect.
Good tips!! Keep putting out great videos!
This video was excellent and very informative.
The go pro was a fantastic idea! Seeing the slight off center shots vs the far left, right, top and bottom shots is an eye opener for me to see the different ways to figure your next shot and using English to get you there! At 69 hopefully I’m finally going to start winning some games! Thanks! great vid!!👍👴🏻
I like these types of videos. They give real world application.
Yes! Please do more videos like this :) It really teaches me alot. Thanks.
Great video, the go pro takes your lessons to the next level!
