Scam centers need a strict NO CUSSING policy because as soon as they start cussing, it's pretty obvious they're not a legitimate business.

Having the scammers waste their own time arguing with each other about who is really trying to help and who is really the scammer is top notch entertainment. Far better than anything contrived on mainstream reality TV.

Especially if that person is a grown adult, having not a dollar to their name could mean they are struggling to feed a family or keep the water and electricity running. That person might be just scraping by on pennies and is in a truly desperate situation. They’l keep their cool on the phone and in person, but inside they are crying. And there are people out there that not only prey on them by scamming them, but even laugh at them. Disgusting.

After finding out he does this cause his grandma had dementia & would get scammed like this, gives me a deeper appreciation for this channel.

Here in canada going over 8 hours, and employers have to pay x1.5 rate. 12 hours x2 rate. In india, I very much doubt such laws exist. So 4 hours is probably not even a dent into their grind.

This guy is a real genius! I received the same call 2 days ago and they were trying to convince me that I stole $14,000 from Paypal. I honestly fell into their trap, my Macbook had been remotely accessed by these people and I was about to take the money out of my account to return it. @@amerlad You do realize that these scam call centers pick up people who either have the choice to work in an unregulated sweatshop or construction site where they are probably gonna die before turning 35 or work for them? Or of course more dangerous illegal things. It's a problem with the indian government and social security. Why do you expect them to put the money of some American grandma over their own lifes? Doesn't make any sense. Your whole argument relies on the assumption that these people have all these nice options you are accustomed to and that they just want to scam people because sitting in a call center cube trying to social engineer people all day is such a comfy job.

My elderly neighbor got taken by one of these scams. It's good to see someone giving back to them. Any time they aren't actually taking advantage of someone is not a waste of yours.

This guy is hilarious and so talented with all the voices. I worked with elderly and disabled clients who were isolated, lonely, poor and struggled with dementia. Used to be a county social worker who did home visits. They easily became victims of these heartless scammers. It's funny but tragic. So glad that these crooks are being exposed.
