If you have the Holy Spirit you wouldn’t ever need to boast of your own human intellect. Being "smart” has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Holy Spirit. It’s all about having the faith and belief in the comforter; The Holy Spirit.

    Read your Bible, and search the heart, and mind of Jesus, pray,and pray for Discernment, and test the Spirits from good or error. Keeping your eyes on Jesus, not looking to the left, or right, and keep running the good race, and fighting the good fight. For your faith in Jesus the size of a mustard seed, will move your mountains, and that same faith in Jesus, will help you overcome the obstacles along your journey. @@jcozart3 Corey has a seminary degree. He has no Holy Ghost. He doesn’t even believe in the power of the Holy Ghost that lives within us saints. He teaches that the Holy Spirit is NOT working through us today. But only worked through the past in Jesus day only. He teaches that there are NO apostles that came after Jesus. But clearly in the scriptures the Apostle Paul came after Jesus ascended. He teaches not everyone can speak in tongues and prophecy. But Jesus said: THESE SIGNS SHALL FOLLOW THEM THAT BELIEVE!!! Because the power comes from the Holy Spirit -NOT us. But if we have the Holy Spirit in us and believe in the power of the Holy Spirit WE CAN and WE WILL and WE SHALL speak, prophecy, heal, and do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us. As long as you are a believer you will do these signs, gifts, and wonders. Corey teaches that you won’t do them all, some will some won’t some never ever will and that’s okay. This is absolutely FALSE! Corey has no business teaching the gospel unless authorized by the Lord in heaven through the church. Not one of the holy men in the scriptures were gospel only had a seminary degree. Where’s that at in the scriptures? The church is literally for teaching us the scriptures. What does seminary school have to do with anything in the scriptures?

    Believers have the Word of God, which is the Bible that teaches believers how to live a righteous life in Christ Jesus. Question: What can attending seminary schools teach a born again believer that the Word of God can't? This scripture comes to mind: 2 Timothy 2:15 "Studie to shew thy self approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of trueth." If a person decides to attend seminary school, that's their choice. But I know many people would rather have the Word of God teach them. In this day and time a person must be very careful as to what they're being taught.

    Going to seminary is not a requirement but it does help. It's like why go to the doctrine you are sick. Just take some medicine and rely on God to heal you. He may. He may not. He sovereign will. But guess what. He blessed us with doctors too. Going to the doctor does not guarantee healing but it helps. Like wise seminary. It is not to substitute or replace to Holy spirit teaching you. He uses it too....but that doesnt mean that it is for everyone. I know of people who didn't go and still make a mess of the scriptures. Good Message. I often wondered how did humans knew God and how they communicated with each other.There were no Radios , TVS , Books , Churches none of those things but some way they communicated and were all on one accord . According to the Bible ,God spoke to humans gave them instructions and they understood. Now we have the word of God written by men who says God inspired them to write it so we can know God , Now God has stopped talking and replaced it with a Book that tells us about God written by men who God inspired. Now look where we are now on one Accord ,all of these different doctrines , religions ,confusion , all kinds of Schisms. I Think it's time to go back to the old time way.The Spirit of Truth is waiting.🤔

I was not a Christian just a blind idolatry and that was a hard pill to swallow once God lifted the veil off me I saw myself for what I truly was which was unsaved. Once the Lord started dealing with me when I started reading the Bible it started to become clear. It is not a sprint but a gradual process that includes praying, fasting and reading.

    I always enjoy your videos but I have to say that a lot of the things that come to biblical scripture boil down to someone's interpretation. Obviously you have your own opinion. That would be your interpretation. When Gino Jennings was saying those comments about Jesus, it's my understanding that the context of what he says is that the physical human being of a person was alive and existed on the earth and that's why he says he preached longer than that person. The physical being. Of course Gino Jennings talks a lot about the spirit of God was in the man named Jesus the physical body. Which I think we all agree with. Sometimes taking a snippet here and there or an edited version doesn't give the viewer the full context. Also to be fair Gino Jennings and you can take a biblical passage and have two completely different interpretations. In the end, whos right????

    I realize that Corey recognizes that all scripture is given by inspiration of God, as the Bible says, and that it doesn't specifically say that the men themselves are inspired. However, the Word says that holy men of God wrote the scriptures as they were moved or "inspired" by the Holy Ghost! So the holy scriptures were inspired by holy men who were inspired by God. They had to be infuenced by a source outside of themselves to even be able to pen God's truth since their own thoughts would not be God's thoughts. Whenever we study or prepare a sermon, for example, we are inspired by, the Holy Ghost as we're learning and getting new insight. It's called the anointing.

    have a question: Is Christianity an Abrahamic belief? I know that this sounds like a really obvious question - but the Islamic belief also tauts to be of the Abrahamic belief - but it is obviously is not. • @adamselene5957

    @adamselene5957

    2 ай бұрын

    @@SaintDrews "Pentecost" is most notably the celebration of Shavuot which occurs on the 50th day, or seven weeks, after the sheaf (wave) offering of the harvest celebrated during Passover. During Passover celebration at the Temple, certain structures of prayers are observed which the 'Christians' at that time were refusing to follow. The reason they were removed is that they were attempting to alter the accepted form and template of worship for this specific holiday. As far as I can tell, there were no dictates for permanent removal at that time for their continued prayer as long as they followed certain guidelines which, over time, they eventually refused to observe by infusing particular forms of Roman Pagan worship into their practices which, as you know, was forbidden on temple grounds. One of the things early Christians refused to participate in was the study and reading of Torah during specific ceremonies which required such remembrances and which, by the way, Jesus himself upheld and preformed. These were the reasons that the Christians were permanently removed, their observance to PAGAN rituals - instead of following Jewish standards of practice AND G-d's laws. For these reasons, it was no wonder that they were barred from continued worship at the Temple Mount. Ironically, similar Pagan practices are being carried out today by Muslims on the Temple mount while barring all Jewish forms of prayer. Odd how that happens. So, it is the continued condemnation of G-d's laws by Christians that has me most concerned as to whether or not Christians are actually a continued form of Abrahamic belief or if in fact they are not. Even though, for example, Jesus taught that the Laws of G-d were to be observed forever and in perpetuity, Christians speak as though they have been 'done away with' even that is NOT what scripture blatantly states. These are MAJOR problems for Christianity.

  • @BarbaraA.MertzRN-CCRN

    @BarbaraA.MertzRN-CCRN

    2 ай бұрын

    @@SaintDrews Well, I personally believe that the component missing here is that if you DO BELIEVE that Christianity is based upon the Abrahamic religion then why is it that the Christians fail to actually study the JEWISH prophecy of the Mashiach. Prophecy specifically states what the anointed WILL and WILL NOT accomplish. Jesus warned against people coming and prophesizing in his name who will be false messiahs (Osiris, Dionysus, Attis, Adonis, Baccus, Mithras to name only a few). But the Hebrew Mashiach was NEVER to be born of a virgin for that very reason. Tanach warns against gods who are born of virgins as this was a pagan practice of theology. Lastly, it states that when God's chosen arrives, he will NOT be a god but rather a great individual of non-divine origin who will specifically usher in the greatest era of peace mankind has ever known. Jesus, by contrast, ushered in the greatest war times earth has ever seen. Hebrew prophecy stipulates that the anointed will be recognized by ALL and there will be no denying it. He will be judged NOT by miracles he performed - but by the era of peace that follows. He will NOT preach paganism but rather Judaism. So, we await these times in feverish patience. NO, Christianity is NOT of either Abrahamic or Hebraic faith.

Like this is literally the beginning of the Bible and people still somehow miss it just like when people still say that the forbidden fruit was an apple when the Bible literally says nothing about an apple . IM not surprised because the Bible says these things will happen but it is disappointing to see people play around with their salvation.
