@@georgeabreu6392sometimes I think this relates more to a superiority complex tbh. I have a masters in international law and think there were good intentions for it in the beginning considering the context of the time. It is also very clear as it excels at writing itself down. Unfortunately few are familiar with the technicalities of it so accept lies they are told about it. The fact it is legally unenforceable means it is generally useless and the purpose it has means the result of that is generally horrific. So I don’t think it’s adults as such but those in power positions politically in those countries because What adds salt to the wound is that it’s used as a weapon in that way to judge those breaking it while not being limited by it and lying to the community when you do with them accepting what they’re told by ppl who should understand the law

Though they have no accepted rulings of the other UN body to which they are a signatory (regarding the south China seas and international waters, pulling a trump ["its rigged, fake news"]). Four signatory states-Israel in 2002, the United States on 6 May 2002, Sudan on 26 August 2008, and Russia on 30 November 2016-have informed the UN Secretary General that they no longer intend to become states parties and, as such, have no legal obligations arising from their signature of the Statute. Forty-one additional states have neither signed nor acceded to the Rome Statute. Some of them, including China and India, are critical of the Court. Ukraine, a non-ratifying signatory, has accepted the Court's jurisdiction for a period starting in 2013.

They just want the “infidels” to take themselves out. Also, I’ve seen a lot of people arguing by that Arabs are invaders, and while that may have been true initially, they skip over the fact that the vast majority of arabs aren’t even of pure Arab ancestry- if anything, Palestinians today are closer genetically to the Assyrians than peninsular Arabs.

Notice the role of the commonly-Abrahamic doctrine of "chosenness" among Euro-Christian colonists and Jewish-Israeli colonists, saying that a very specific religious and/or ethnic group has been "saved" and/or "chosen" by God and therefore has the right to enact God's will - which a significant percentage of believers have interpreted as justifying genocide (e.g. manifest destiny and the genocide of indigenous Americans) like the genocide ordered by God to be performed by the Israelites in Deuteronomy 20. That is very different from, for example, the concept of karma in dharmic religions as a slow-moving arc of justice that spans over lifetimes as a theoretical law of nature ("you reap what you sow"), and very different from indigenous religions which often tend to be less concerned with prophetic theories of salvation and more concerned with helping people to maintain healthy relationships with the land and the gods and their ancestors and other people(s).
