If you wait until they swarm to set up the swarm box, you will be too late. The Scout bees have options before they swarm.

As soon as I no they are likely too I would set up straight away, don’t just won’t to put it out say in a tree atm coz more then likely get a bird nesting in there or possibly an other swarm that I wouldn’t won’t … 👍
