    Some have to work brother ;) Now don't come at my about dedication and stuff.. If you drive almost one hour to work and back. 2 times a day in the gym is highly impossible and probably unhealthy for your system as a whole (recovery, psyche etc.) Greetings

    i know what ya mean .. I'm also working daily , studying in college .. but i still manage my time effectively which includes training .. at the end of the day its up too you there is no such thing no time .. btw i never to the gym I'm all the way calisthenics :)

    Bro I heard your story and don't let the hate get to you. At 70% you still look like a champ! I can relate to your struggle alot because I also suffer from shoulder/bicep pains for a very long time but the heavy lifting is not worth it all bro. One or two steps back to go 3 steps further and sometimes we just have to find new passions and create priorities. You have nothing to prove Lazar, just be happy brother!!

    i wake up at 4 so 6am would be perfect for me morning is the best man, u feel so good for the rest of the day. when i work out late, i feel so lumpy after all the food i have to eat and just standard energy spent throughout the day.

    Agreed, been doing that for 12 years. Feel much better after I have a few meals in me throughout the day and having fuel to work with. Then come home for a big dinner after training.

    There is a study that proves it. I mean working out around 6 PM is the best for most people because the ratio between TRT and Cortisol level are the best (TRT is high enough and the lowest level of cortisol in the day). Thats why people have around 20% more strength working out around 6 pm than for example in the morning.

    I'm still tired in the morning after sleeping 7-8 hours, I actually have more energy and strength in the evening so I workout around 7pm - 8:30pm then get my post workout and last meal half hour after workout.

    I like to workout in the afternoon on an empty stomach. Usually on my days off from work. On days that I work I like to workout right after work. Usually around 5pm or 6pm. That's usually the time when the gym gets packed. Well... use to. Since the pandemic, I've purchased my own home gym. Spent thousands of dollars on weights but its worth every penny. 😁

    @Man Like Barnzy I mean you can always do a shake with carbs before your workout. I go by how I feel. I carb up at night. In the afternoon I'll start my workout. But that's usually on my days off. On days I work I will eat 2 to 3 meals. Then workout right after work. So everyday is different.. I'm not the biggest guy in the gym but im lean and pretty strong. My weight is around 165. Body fat around 12-15%. By summer I get down to 6-7% body fat and maintain it for like 2 months

    4 mental strength & discipline I'd say early mornings/empty stomach. Not great 4 gains but I have MMA in the evenings & work/study during the day. Weekends= afternoon+more carbs. Different lifestyle.

    For me i get up at 5am have oats and some eggs have a coffee get to the gym around 6.15/.6.30 train ..and then get on with rest of my day but when I had more free time I would train around 11 am after two meals...I dont like training at 6 or 7pm because the gym is rammed and im burnt out from the day so i end up taking to much caffeine to get me going and have harder time sleeping especially if I train around at 9 p.m. because I have to have a meal afterwards this also not good for sleep ..so early is best for me ... But best time to train is when you feel like it

    100% agree. Also some jobs allow more flexibility with hours so you could do 9-1, 2:30-6:30. And then lunch at 12, workout + shower window from 1-2:30

    I trained every day AT 12 noon. Know why cuz I work from home I didn't want those people packing the gym after work. I also not NOT workout on the weekends I didn't wanna be bothered with weekend warriors. I trained every day from 12-4pm hardcore. 355 shoulder pressed 455 bench 5"11 275 was pushing for 300lbs. Its how I met my wife in the gym. I am now retired from that scene and onto different hobbies etc. Was fun while it lasted but in the end I felt like I wasted 28 years in a gym when I could have some medical degree or did something better with my life. Once thing nobody can take from you is your brain remember that.

    I trained in the mornig on my empty stomch when i'm not on the diet and i gainde muscle and have a strenght. Now i'm on diet and thinking can i gain some muscle, but we will see :)
