Fairlife is so good. Just getting into it. I love that it’s pretty much just milk. They don’t introduce other proteins, it’s JUST MILK! So good

fairlife has 20,000 nanograms of phthalates in them (microplastics). theyre probably absolutely horrible for you

Muscle milk gets a 4 or 5 for me and core power is one of the best 9 for me. The only thing is the price point is quite a bit higher. Premier protein is a second for me at a better price point and flavor

Cant find chocolate premier protein??? In my area, its all you’ll find almost. Literally. I want to say they even sell it in lots of gas stations too on top of every grocery besides aldis.

Core Power is definitely an amazing protein shake compared to others on the market. It is so easy to drink and has such a refreshing taste. As they mentioned in the video muscle milk has a weird taste that causes it to be somewhat difficult to drink.

Interesting. I've never really thought much about all the protein shakes, but this is good because I know I need more protein in my life and now I have a guide lol
