What's the best pick up line? Master the first 30 seconds

Two of the most common questions I get asked:
1. How do you not run out of things to say?
2. What's your pick up line?

    Good take on opening. I especially like how Todd emphasizes loving language. I learned opening from watching Rsd Tyler and how he emphasized a strong sense of entitlement and clear intent. Walking up to people and having the most awesome thing to say in your own mind, sets just open right up. He would say the opener is an illusion. Sets are already open. Act like you already know the people you are talking to. Takes practice though.

    The opener isn't that important as people think, what is important is having a good sense of self and social energy.

    One of Todd's best ever videos. If you don't put in the work you don't deserve the rewards. My father had the best game I've ever seen and he spoke 6 languages from an early age. I worked in advertising so was a words and ideas expert for decades despite being dyslexic as a kid. I ended up on a six figure salary travelling the world business class.

    I just have to say Todd is one of the best at explaining how to talk to girls the right way. I’ve always been super nervous talking to girls, but after Listening to this guy recently I’ve been having a lot of success. Being that I started doing this for only a week or less I’ve slowly forced myself to talk to girls and everyone I’ve talked to so far has at least given me a number

    Hi Todd, I overthink what to do in each approach before, during and after. Because I view game purely as an a-b-c algorithm it not only feels try hard /contrived but also the pressure to perform well causes approach anxiety. How do you find the right balance between not over-analyzing interactions or planning too much while taking non-aimless action? What would you recommend for an ideal mindset for improvement?

    3:40 "You look like trouble" "What do you mean?" Now you are put in a position to explain yourself and her judging your response. I would not use ambiguous wording that can lead being put in a position to explain what I meant or be misinterpreted in a bad way, unless you have a comeback to avoid that. Maybe someone can share such comeback example in the comments.

  • @Solidsaw

    How you say is more important than what you say. If you say "you look like trouble" smiling and in a flirtatious way, she wont respond as harsh. If she does, you can respond with whatever the hell you want. you can say: "what? you never heard that before?" or " you dont think you are?" or "dont worry, I am too, whats your name?" or "you never smile, you forgot how to do it?" if she judges, thats even easier - " been to law school or something?" - " what? are you a judge?" - "I didnt know I was in a court" remember to smile lol. If she really responds negatively, just thank her and leave, thats it.

    So basically saying a good opener is talking about something you already observed within your first eye-contact kind of interaction if you had one or even multiple (which already puts you into an incredible advantage because this indicates she already noticed you and finds you attractive). So something along the lines like "I have seen that look before" and then go on asking for her name and telling her something special you noticed about her but not something she hears a lot. It should be a somewhat rare and unique compliment but not a derogatory one. More like "I like your necklace - what does it mean?" Did I get this right?

    Hey Todd. Please help me out here. I went a few days ago to give an entrance exam, And I saw this really pretty girl right next to the seat next to me. Another girl, was also sitting there. I managed to get both their numbers. What happened was the girl I wanted to get gave me her snap, her ig and her no., But when I texted her on WhatsApp, she removed her dp and hasn't responded for 3 days. How do I deal with this? What does it mean?

  • @fuzzypanda1684
    @fuzzypanda1684 Жыл бұрын

    Dude, don't overthink it. Just go up and talk to her. Then do it again with a different girl. Then do it again, and again, and again. You'll figure out pretty quickly what difficulty setting the universe has you on. If you're on "Easy" mode, like Todd, it doesn't really matter what you say, you'll get good results. But if you're on "Nightmare" difficulty, you can have a great approach, a fantastic opener, be able to keep her attention for as long as you want, get IOI's like crazy, but in the end, you'll get no results. Compare it to work. How many people do you know who are incompetent, lazy and unmotivated, yet happen to fall into good jobs and have opportunities fall into their laps? Meanwhile other people are hard working, driven and motivated, yet never catch a break? In the end, just go out and do approach for a long enough duration to know concretely what difficulty you're on, then proceed accordingly.

    I’ve listened to 10 hours of a 23 hour audio book titled “The rational male: the players handbook” 10 hours in and I literally only learned 1 thing I can apply. 10 minutes of a toddvdating video. And I have numerous things to apply Either the author of the rational males writing style is a complete miss for me, or Todd is literally a 10x better teacher.

    What's the best pickup line? it is when you are being yourself and not saying some Cheesy pickup line saying something you saw in one of these videos with a list of things you can use/say because women look at these videos too and may not comment on them and women will know if you are being authentic or not with them. Women want this to come from you and not from some video that sounds like you found this line online somewhere. Women will know if you got this off of some video because of every guy using it because they loved what the dating coach wrote down you look like trouble or you seem like trouble etc. It is best to come up with something that does not look like you stole that line from some dating coach or somewhere online. You want it to look like you are a natural at this and you are good at talking to women.

    Of course there needs to be some kind of attraction. She can't be disgusted by you so you have to put in an effort to look good. Some girls won't find you attractive and that's OK, they can have their type, also they save you time instead of wasting it and giving you hope it can work out.
