    Great video Sandro. What you said at the end hit the nail on the head. It's tough being a creator and experimenting when people seen to be so sensible to breaking the rules. Just like plastic polishing, which I have been doing for years, and every time I recommend to other professionals I get bad looks. You know what I do think? People just limit themselves. People like us stand out. That's why we get hit the hardest. Keep on experimenting. Big hug from Brazil.

    Would so have loved to see you trying to work the soap in with a washmit and see if that changed the waterbehavior. Thats how i use them anyways. Thx for your videos! Love it!

    I Have been using this and many other 'Bowdens Own' products for a few years now. I have absolutely no complaints about using any of them. You're doing a great job, don't let the Low IQ Trolls bother you, if they don't like your videos, they can simply not watch them, but not being too bright they haven't been able to figure that out.

    Normally I am a bit of an Autoglym fan in the past so I say this to be honest, but you can notice around the 6min mark Bowden's Own has some overspray land on the Autoglym panel, so this could be why in your summary you thought it had improved after being in the sun. Love the testing and look forward to each and every video.

    Of course fanboys of particular products will get upset about particular results and of course it's nice to follow instructions, especially with sealants like this not letting them dry etc, but as retail products aimed at the general consumer, there's always going to be variation and people are always going to do their own thing. The issue you're seeing is that the general consumer isn't the one that's watching car detailing videos on KZread haha. I love the work you do though. Please keep up with the locally available content.

    I know you said that you didn't stick to manufacturers instructions... but as a note, the SiO2 in Fireball's Ultimate Hydrophobic Foam takes a full 24 hours to fully cure. So maximum water beading will be 24 hours after application. All good though... if you'd ever want any technical assistance on any Fireball products, just ask away.

    I can see why the Auto Glym worked better after leaving it for a while. At the 6:00 mark, when you're applying the second coat of Bowden's Own, you get some overspray on the Auto Glym panel. That same side of the panel sheets off the water so much better on the final testing!!!

    I have to agree with the people who saying that you used the wrong dilution in the first video, regardless of whether it altered the outcome or not. I understand that doing things differently allows you to find alternative methods that work, but for a comparison video i think using the manufacturer recommendations is the way to go, or put in an extra test sample with your way of doing it is another option. Now that aside, something i noticed in both videos that you may be able to clarify, given you've seen it up close rather than on a small screen, but it seems as though while the autoglym was slower to shed water, it seemed to shed the vast majority of water off the panel. Is that correct? I've used a few sealants over the past few years (bowdens fully slick and mothers cmx ceramic spray) and found both to bead up well and make the car easy to clean (especially the cmx) but found that on flatter surfaces they beaded up almost too well rather than sheeting the water off, leaving water spots after it rained

    OMG, mate you detailing channel is the best IMO around the world, there's a couple others, forensic and pan, but you have done your work in the sense that Sandro mate you test various products in real world conditions and that the main aspect what people dont understand is that a lot of the retail products and other pro detailing products are not the same in respect to how they work and how its applied, in any case your the man Sandro and forget what others think, in the end its up to the customers to use what ever they link, like when Meguiar's spray on SIO2 Hybrid Wax came onto the market, i used it as a spray on wipe off product and so far i am very happy, but in saying that i would have used NV Jet or Luster, but due to where i live in country Vic there's no outlet and i dont like buying things online never ever did, if its close buy, then when i need it i will buy directly, which i will as soon as the bottle is down to the point i know i will require a new bottle, thats it its NV Jet for me full stop? Also due to my disability its very hard for me, to keep my daily driver clean in the normal way of washing and detailing, ie: i spend at least 4 hours detailing my car,( when dirty ie: got mud on the painted surfaces ) i even have cotton swab's to go around where you cant get into etc, like the badges to clean them and protect them etc. :) So forget the rest mate you're the BEST. cheers and keep up the great work. :)

    Recently bought BO Happy Ending and it’s truly amazing! I personally find it to work better than Wet Dreams and much more cost effective. Great stuff as usual and I hope you try more of Bowden’s Own products in future!

    Don't know why there'd be "haters". I have used Polar Seal a tonne before, but would deffo consider Bowdens Own now. I'd have tried the CarPro before but didn't even know it existed. Currently layer Polar Seal on top of CarPro CQUARTS UK & Reload.

    You should try KKD PURITY 'X' 2-3ml in 500ml water :) I get okay results from AG polar seal but have not used it on raw paint before.

    Auto Glym wins here no? The sheeting was really slow, but once it sheeted the panel was almost completely dry. All the others look like a water spotting nightmare

    Would be good to leave the panels for a few days - maybe a week and just do a quick spray to see if theres any change? Do you think that after 24hrs or something autoglym might have an improvement? Great vid either way!

    @@Lordmarkthe1st After some trialling, I am tending towards Sandro's approach with respect to the CarPro Finest Reserve coating on my partner's car; that is Reload/Elixir or Hydro2 Lite rather than a foaming or an apply and hard rinse option.

    Sandro which would you recommend to keep a ceramic coated car protected and the best shine - Nova Boost after every wash and every 3 month's put on Gtechniq C2 V3 or Bowden's Boss Gloss after every wash and Bowdens Happy Ending every month or so? The coating is Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra topped with EXO V4.

    Another brilliant video mate 👍🏻I never have liked autoglym as a brand, products never seem to last long plus there trim dressings use to run off trim as quickly as the rain would fall on them . Super resin polish created more dust than the oz outback .

    Great video mate, thank you so much for the time you take making these solid videos for us to learn and enjoy. I use carpro reload as my main sealant and carpro elixir as my detail spray every 2 weeks. I have just bought the carpro hydrofoam, would it not work better if I used a wash mitt and 'massaged' the soap in than spray and rinsing?

    Hi Sandro, it appeared noticeably in the follow-up video that Bowden's foam was not as thick as the other three when applied. I went back to the first video and it also appeared to be not as thick as well. Is that just how that product is when applied, but still gets the results wanted. It is only an observation, not a criticism of the testing.

    That’s crazy. Autoglym polar seal is my go to. And when u where going it literally looked like a different product. I don’t use any of the dilution ratios u did in past or today. I have a 500ml bottle. 480ish Ml of water. And like 30-50ml of polar seal. Goes on and almost instantly the product beads up. Doesn’t have the snow foam like substance u have and in that it beads up absolutely perfect (better than you got) and really fast water sheeting. Not sure if it’s weather that’s the difference. Or polar seal is different in Australia.

    @@Tim955w yup. Ran a valeting business safe practice of course. And had cars regularly come in with zero protection and flat surfaces and works amazing. Some of the worse ones had a little stick to the paint. Very slightly stick. But by the time I went around the vehicle it was all fully beaded Let me know if you want me to post a video to show u what I mean. Got a Mazda 2 that has 0 protection. And a 4 series and a3 that has ehh protection on it. The latter two where done in early December and haven’t been washed since and the Mazda was bought in late December and had 0 protection on when it arrived Now weathers coming back up so time to get these sorted

    @@Tim955w I know right. Since my original comment. My Neighbor saw me using it. So my jet wash broke (business) so I gave him my old one. He fixed it and asked for the products. Now this guy is old school washing. Wash till ur back hurts(turning 70 soon iirc). Now he used the polar series and can’t stop thanking me for introducing. Glad ur enjoying it

    Hydro2 foam leaves an insane amount of spots and just is a mess when working with it in any type of heat or even light sunlight. I strictly reserve it for late evenings and night washes. Otherwise its the biggest paint in the ass ever to get rid of the crap it leaves behind if it even remotely starts to dry

    I had spotting issues (only visible in direct sunlight and barely so) with the sister CarPro product Hydro2 Lite. While I still use it for the more intricate parts of the car panels (eg grill) I take extra care with flat panels as I can not often guarantee it will not dry.

    Exactly why I’m never buying more. Once I run out I’m switching over to Aquabead completely. Not worth the hassle for me to try and work with any product that’s so finicky with application conditions

    i use 25ml per car, hydrofoam directly to glove. looks great. foam cannons such bullshit. mostly on hood, to remove dirt must use glove anyway.... after using glove, i see suddenly dirty water drops. (bright color panels didnt looked very dirty before..) no chemical prewash will get dirt down... i use local wash boxes.

    Good to see you uploaded a new video however I can’t explain why your results are completely different to many cars I’ve personally treated with Polar Seal and witness on many others. Even the application looks completely different to what I’ve experienced. In comparison this is my wife’s car that I did straight from the holding yard.     Car Craft Auto Detailing at no point have I questioned your integrity. I stated that you did not use Polar Seal as recommended during a side by side performance comparison in the first video which was misleading. In the second video I didn’t question your testing as you stated you used the recommended 1:5 ratio. All I said was that it didn’t compare to what I’ve personally seen. If my comments came across as questioning your integrity I do humbly apologise as that wasn’t my intent. I agree with you that there are several influencing factors that contribute to the end result, panel prep, foam lance, pressure washer etc etc and there will also be variances between testing results.

    To be honest I would buy the autoglym as it leave much much less water then this beading nonsense

    what the fuck why does the polar seal come out like a foam in your video? your doing something wrong, it comes out on the panel like beads when you spray it if you are using as per instructions.. nothing like what your video shows.. i think you are using polar blast instead..
