Nothing that's very special about the North Star except where it's located? (0:28) Dude, EVERYTHING about Polaris is too miraculous to be a natural coincidence.

It All revolves around us! We are the center of the universe. I believe that is where the swastika originated, and it's meaning. As the big dipper makes a swastika through 4 seasons.

If the North Star is in the same location throughout the day and night how is it possible to be seen from South Africa for example and if earth is rotating why is it in the same location, the moons location is drastically different hour after hour

You can’t see Polaris from South Africa. It is only visible north of the equator. Earth rotates around its north-south axis. Polaris is located at the north celestial pole.

At first I thought he was saying formerly and I was like - whaat? It's still Polaris. Then I realised he was saying formally. Lol.

It’s close to blowing up scientists say. And the light we see from it right now is from the year 1559! Trying to wrap my head around that ! It also is made up of three starts surrounding it and the furthest one star Ab takes 30 years to orbit star A!

Can people in the southern hemisphere see the north star?

  • @SymbolSage

People in the Southern Hemisphere can't see the North Star, Polaris. This is because Polaris is right over the North Pole. When you go south past the equator, Polaris disappears from view because it's below the horizon, so people in the south use different stars to find their way.

Isn't it "Axial Precession"? Also, "Polaris" is still called that. "North Star" is just its nickname. It's not "formerly" called Polaris. Otherwise, good video.

At 1 min 36 seconds in what is his word salad mix saying is he saying standing at the North Pole the North Star will be directly overhead but you can somehow watch it drop below the equator. Sounds intentionally mis leading

EXPLAIN TO ME WHY POLARIS STAR IS IN ITS POSITION 24/7. DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT. come on now. Nobody can explain it without saying flat earth. There are star apps that show stars locations during the day if it was night time. That POLARIS star is still there 24/7

Um,so it's close to the north celestial pole so it's position does not change much as the (spherical) earth rotates. Similar to sigma octantis near the south celestial pole. Nothing special about either of them apart from they are close to the poles of rotation. Merry Xmas😊
