I'm actually glad they're taking great care of you and seems your relationship with specialized is working great for the both of you, bummed about specialized lately and how they've been treating shops at least in America its been a real negative corporate culture. They need more of this!

with all this money, its a shame they don't have a bit more consideration for their shop/store level staff rather than leaving them hanging in redundancy for months on end,. then rather than paying redundancy, suggest that they will just close the store and stop paying as part of the contracts short of work policy until the company who is taking over the store gets lease contracts signed. they are a disgrace the way they treat people who have young families and mortgages to pay for.

On minute 1:18 the swat tool kit in the fork, the bottom cap for elilinate the play on the fork. Ist that right?? On my speci the bottom cap ist 90° twistet. Ist that on my speci wrong?? Must i twisted the bottom then the ends of the cap show's to the front and to the back??. Like in the video??

On the Swat user manual it states "For maximum tire clearance, the bottom cap tabs should align side-to-side, not front-to-back." So they recommend you have it the same as you for tire clearance, but having it either way will still work :) Hope that helps

Sent a text yesterday to their Dorking HQ. Am trying to source a Praxis m30 bsa press fit bottom bracket for my sirrus pro expert hybrid that I bought about five years ago. The bike was expensive so, very much hope Specialized can help me. I contacted Evans (sportsdirect) where I purchased it from & they don't stock it apparently, which is strange. I commute to work on the bike & it's now autumn 🍂 🌧🌫 so, hope for peace of mind with this component being sourced &,fitted soon 🙏🏽
