Yes, my social battery drains very quickly. I find socialising for too long exhausting. I would much rather enjoy my quiet time, my hobbies, and my daydreams.

There’s nothing to agree or disagree with on this one, it is a plain fact.
I am a Heyoka INFJ I do struggle with burnout. The extraverts in my life don’t understand my need for solitude. Why in the world would you not want to be around people all the time they feel and don’t understand. I have had to set boundaries because of this
hmm are you hacking my mind...this is so accurate its freaky. Thank you.
#7 can also known as "SENSORY OVERLOAD".

Absolutely accurate for me 😴
Yes all true of me 😊
I would say yes
No, I think the social battery depends a lot on how introverted/extroverted you are
Yes…INFJ lost in day dreaming
Yes but where does this low social battery come from? The answer lies in attachment theory. Infjs are almost always dismissive avoidants, and more specifically people pleasing dismissive avoidants, and this has to do with how they were programmed by their upbringing. Infps are almost always fearful avoidants. So personality is not a given at birth.

That doesn’t really fit with my experience. My family & husband are definitely not INFJs - and are all dismissive avoidant or fearful avoidant. I’m either INFJ or INFP (can’t decide) and I’d be anxious/fearful avoidant. The question is do early life experiences create personality type? I would say no, but maybe influence the strength of certain elements.
