    Man the pain I felt when my brother hoop said GSW was the best 10th seed in NBA history, the sheer copium. If you aren't good compared to the competition then you aren't good enough. I used to be a GSW hater for seeing how dominant and stacked their team always was, but I never wanna dare to bet against Curry because thats how great he was, and the team I rooted for which was the 2018 Rockets, the infamous CP3 Hamstring team, losing to these guys made it clear how damn good GSW is. Over time I've come to find GSW endearing, this same trio sticking through fire and brimstone, won together so many times, and now seeing their appalling performance and the decline of a few of their players, I feel for them. I do hope they get better with a surge of vengeance, we often take the stars for granted when they are at the height of their powers, or are still playing well, it saddens me that eventually it will come an end but I would love to see one more ring for so many teams before their stars hang it up for the next upcoming generation. Its still crazy, Lebron, Durant, Curry are getting so tired.

    I also believe that maybe the two timeline idea might not work, if we are all in Curry, we should milk whatever greatness we've got left in him, and build around him perhaps. Klay has be willing to take that lesser role and lesser money. The warrior might have won that game if they let moody get my mins and sat klay sooner. Kerr loves his og's and at this point he needs to make a change to his approach to the game. Which to be fair is doable.

    As a Warriors fan, I'm sad this season is over. It really felt they were in a good place, but when you're in the play-in, one bad to awful game, and it's over. 😭😭😭😭😪😪 I'm convinced it could've been different if they were right away in a playoffs series, but the fact is they didn't do enough to make that happen, so yeah, lessons should be learned and the off-season should be massively impactful. On to next year! Can't wait! 🎉❤

  • @oskarnogalski8178
    @oskarnogalski817818 күн бұрын

    Listen man, a trade needs to happen now. The small ball players are too old, and can't continue the same way they used to. Not enough energy. Here is what I think needs to happen for GSW: Steph - Pray he can keep going. He was more inconsistent this year, but that might be due to the team being slightly fucked this season. Pray he doesn't regress, and save him as much as possible for play off destruction. Klay - must take an EXTREME pay cut to role player salary, to make cap space. Give his minutes to Moody. Draymond - He stopped punching people. Good. Now keep him that way. Otherwise, considering his actual playing time, he had a decent season, just age creeping in, making him look a little gassed at times. Steve Kerr - If Kuminga wasn't proof enough, GIVE THE YOUNG GUYS MORE MINUTES. IDK if Moody will ever be more than a consistent shooter, but we could use that right now, and he was balling in the play in. Please stop making these confusing ass moves that put way too much on old guys' plates, because they can't do it all season like they used to. You have a good system, but its time to evolve further beyond, create different schemes to throw off opponents without necessarily relying on Steph's gravity. Have some faith, and play the talent at your disposal. Kuminga - Must become a wiser player. He is erratic on defence, locking down one possession, cone on the next. And less risky finishes, like the random times he tries to be Ant, and ends up being "Can't". Podziemski - By the gods, Podz needs a consistent jumper. He scores his layups, and he has a decent season percentage, but its clearly a Jeremy Sochan inconsistency: hot one game, can't score to save his life the next. TJD - I love this guy. Now if he can further improve that rim protection/defensive iq, going small or playing young line-ups will be a lot less stressful. If he manages these improvements, start giving him half of Dray's minutes. Dray will be a lot more valuable if he can be fresh all the time, and we have more than enough playmaking talent to replace him. Wiggins - Either get him back close to his consistent 2022 level, or trade him. He has cost the Warriors many games with his erratic nature, both on and off the court. Trades - GSW absolutely, without question, NEED A TALL CENTER. Trade Looney (sorry Looney), and maybe include Wiggins and Garuba. JESUS CHRIST, nobody will fear GSW until they can be consistent, and the only consistent thing about their defence is a struggle to defend the rim when playing small. GET SOMEONE WHO CAN GET MORE STOPS. WALKER KESSLER OR LAURI (because he fits the movement shooting system, and is still tall af) WOULD BE A MIRACLE for W Nation. With a rim protecting big, we can right the ship when small ball fails, or simply wears players out. Golden State NEEDS consistency. Injuries - CP3 (as per usual) and GP2 really disappointed us this season with the untimely and long term injuries. Try make it happen less. Development - Garuba, Quiniones, Santos. Please develop these guys who only play garbage time, or try to get worthy trades with them. The more options the better. Garuba and Santos especially, since they both have big bodies, and GSW need that. Free agents - Kai Sotto might be worth a good thought. Young, tall af, appears to be pretty good in the Philippines... Get him a trial. Boogie Cousins hire for mentorship of TJD and Sotto (Dray is already there though...)? Aside from Sotto, or any other rim protector available, ANY versatile 3 and D wing would be amazing for if Wiggins doesn't pan out, or just to spread the wear and tear. Did I miss anything?

    After rewatching this, I fully agree. The warriors just need to get a defensive big to ALTERNATE with TJD. While this won't still stack with Denver, it will give them a chance at least. Cheis Paul definitely should stay to make the 2nd unit the warriors' ace up its sleeve over star-studded teams. While the 1st five of great teams like Denver, Celtics and Mavs may win slightly over the aging Curry and undersized Dray, Paul and the second unit is there to shift the advantage over a 7-game series for sure. HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL 🙏 🤞🎉for the warriors as ling as Steph 💪 is in it.

Getting past the Mavs after? Draymond turning it around after the suspensions? He NARROWLY avoided getting kicked out of a few games and was kicked out from a crucial game. No mention of Wiggins? Expecting Klay to still be back given all the money talk from both sides? Yes evolution post-dynasty but who do they have in place? Spurs had Kawhi, Lakers had Magic. Maybe a follow up on this video?✌🏽️

    I'd love for you to be right, but there are other issues: - The team was horrible against top-flight competition (something like 4-19?). - Some of your what-ifs don't make sense. Of course Chris Paul missed games. He misses games /every/ year now; he gets injured, and at his age, it takes longer to heal. - Yeah, the Ws would have been better if Green had not been suspended. But that is always a possibility with Green. it's part of the experience, and the Dubs know that. - Yes, Klay had a bad game. But he was also forcing it early. He's not good when he presses, and it happens too often these days. - Coaching strangeness. I love Steve Kerr, but why did he start TJD but have him guard the perimeter? It made no sense. TJD is the rim protector/shot blocker. He needs to be allowed to sag back. And why did Moody, who played great, only get 15 minutes when Klay and Wiggs were stinking it up and dominating the wing minutes. Again, it's hard not to second guess Kerr on this. - The eye test. It wasn't just that the Ws lost in a one-game elimination match. It's that they looked old, tired, slow, and small. They didn't just get beat; they looked overwhelmed. They couldn't even bring the ball up court against the younger, faster, more energetic Kings. Key problems: - The team is missing a true #2 (which Wiggs was in the 2022 run). Without one, Curry is forced to carry the team, and teams load up on him even more than usual (the Kings appeared to be triple-teaming him). At his age, he just can't do it so long. He needs help. - The team needs more shooters. - The team needs more height. - The team may need some new assistant coaches. I'm not saying these guys aren't good. But the league has caught up to the Ws, and they need fresh blood and fresh ideas. I'm with the Ws til the end. But speaking of endings, that Sacramento game looked a lot like the end of the core 3.

    A lot of ignorance in this comment. First, the Warriors didn't let Donte go. He signed for more money with the Knicks. Second, let's say you let CP3 and Klay walk, with who are you replacing them?? That's right, nobody because no cap space. You let Draymond go, where is the otherworldly defense that helped build the dynasty in the first place? Look I'm not saying the Dubs are in the right place and they should consider sign and trade Klay if he asks for too much money but let's not act like this team is full of scrubs. You can move Wiggs and Moody maybe for an upgrade but roll with the young guns. Pods and JK are legit and TJD is good enough. Let's see what they do with GP2 and Loon.

    Not a one realistic thing said the whole video. The sooner you accept the reality, the better. The Warriors need some serious reshuffling if they even want to make the playoffs as a seeded team. Curry cannot play by himself, this season he played 74 games (career high) and still wasn't enough. All props to Klay for what he has done, but at this point he is 15-18M$ rotational player, not a star. Draymond should get a 2-week probation period next season, and if his antics continue he should be shipped out while there still is some value attached to him. CP3 should be immediately brought off the books, too much cost for too little gain. And play the young guys ffs, if you don't play them you can't see their worth.

  • @Jayson_Tatum

    Brother, this is a delusional take. This Era is done. Dray and Steph will be the only ones left from the dynasty. Klay i don't see making it back. He's a free agent and played horrible this year. I could see them developing and being good again in a few years, but they have to make the right moves around these new young guys. I think you build around BP and Kuminga and Wiggins with Steph finishing his career there. Dray is still good enough to contribute. I think the CP3 move was terrible from the start. He wasn't necessarily bad, but he didn't really add anything either. Did he orchestrate the bench well? Sure. But he really should not have been their focus. They needed wing defenders and bench length to compliment Steph and Kuminga, and didn't get enough. Steph is clearly still going to be lethal and his availability has only gone up later on his career. Dray had a career year from outside the arc (not saying much, but improvement is improvement), and Kuminga is developing incredibly well to be a potential top player next year. Can they still be competitive? Yes. But the "dynasty" is gone. If it's only Steph and Dray left, that really isn't the same dynasty.

Even that last game with the kings, they knew everything the dubs were gonna do. They triple teamed Steph, and when steph passed it, they went ahead of what they were gonna do next. Lets remember Dray was out for 1/4 of the season, Chris Paul was out for couple of games too, Podziemski and Trayce are rookies adapting to the warriors playstyle... If Green wasnt out, they couldve secured playoffs spot, and playin is win or go home, a bad game which everyone could have means going home early.
