Good idea but the developers prob won’t do it 😢

They should add something where your college players can be drafted to your team in retro bowl. For example, someone from his Vanderbilt team can be drafted to his retro bowl team. Storylines should be linked and it’ll give a different feel to the game.

This simply makes it very hard to do since you'll basically have to transport the information from one game to another *_every season_* unless your only planning on doing a specific draft class

Great idea!

A recruiting “sneak peek” is such an awesome idea. Relatively easy to add without reinventing anything, but it would add a lot and really break up the grind of the regular season.

WOW! Someone on social media that actually correctly spelled sneak peek and a lot. This in itself is astronomical given how many online are consistently butchering these and yet it is so easily avoided. Blows my mind how many are somehow able to type alot which isn’t a word and phones don’t even have that as an auto fill option… but yes thank you for restoring faith in at least some of the future. And now back to retro bowl…

I mean we gotta admit rb college is already so good but adding these small details will keep me so happy until ncaa 24/25 when ever it comes out would be so great

I wish the roster was bigger so we could have a back up for every position

On the schedule selection thing, there are SOME historical rivalry's such as Navy vs ND and Army Navy, but ya they def should either add more or let you choose

just another idea, maybe you've thought about it, but i think they should allow at least once a year that a coach takes interest in a player and recommends him to you as a walk-on. I think that walk-ons along with the transfer portal could really improve this game so much

What you described is already in the game. It just happens when you have a low amount of players im pretty sure

I was wanting a depth chart feature so when a player gets hurt maybe a freshman or someone can step up and prove themselves

RB should add a feature where you can transfer a guy in your RB college into Retro Bowl so that way you can see through the whole career of your guy

They should give the option to play defense. Just like they give you an option to have kickoff run backs ON or OFF. Also a PRO-BOWL would be cool. There's a couple more things I got but I'll leave it at that. This is for regular retro bowl.

@@Nickelode0n23imo for defense, it shouldn’t be something u actively play, but rather u choose the formation or blitz options and let the npc do what they do, that way u have a bit more control of what happens on defense

I think that they should make it to where you can import your draft class and players into regular retro bowl (maybe via link)

I would love the moveable teams one, you can also do much more if you want to make custom teams and are able to move for bigger/smaller conferences

To answer the title, retro bowl high school

The transport portal will be added ive talked to the creators about it over email

I'd like a more customizable league system, like being able to change the amount of teams and how many games are played and stuff like that

When I started to play this game, I expected scouting. But that's something they can add later in the future. For now, I I like the draft type of taking freshmen.

The recruiting part of this video is perfect!

I agree with everything in this video, also I feel like my players deciding to go to the NFL should be based off of how well I've done.

The only problem is that are the creators going to listen.

The ability to become an owner would be really cool

Yes sometimes our RB, WR are running a route and are tackled!!! So I think holding , face mask , PI should be added and false start or offsides

A thing I wanna see is that if I save a player in the yearbook from a different program, I wanna see them get drafted. I remember this beast of a WR I had in a lower school before I jumped to the FBS, and when I went to check on them, it just said they were the WR when I was there.

Some retro bowl cottage football is good day for me to get it done before I get off work

Passing is one feature that is soo needed I don't know alot about rugby but I feel like passing is a thing cuz there are cases in whereby you wanna touch down but your player ain't close and there's another one infront of him but you can't pass it to him which is super frustrating sometimes as you get tackled

7:03 There are rivalries though. I play as UCF in one of my saves. Our schedule is an FCS team, a random other team, and usf. usf is our traditional rival, but we dont play in real life anymore because were no longer conference foes and usf doesnt have any openings to play us. But I do want to schedule my own games. By Big 12 rules, that random other team has to be a P5, but that's not always the case in RBC. I also would like to sacrifice the FCS game sometimes to play a G5 team.

I’d like a conversion from RB College to RB. You could copy your history from RB College into RB & bring your star players from RB College to RB.

They gotta put exhibitions where you can play all the different bowl games/championships as well, as well as making the midfield logo/25 yd line logos fhe endzone color as well

I think they should add a draft order as well like they should tell you if you have the first overall pick the second third fourth or fifth, and so on

They should add a feature where you can scout players before the draft and schedule players to visit during sertin games and add a feature where you can watch defense play the opponents offense it's a stretch but it would be fun to watch your defense lock the offense down and the feature of practice where you can play your own defense and work on players abilities

It would be interesting to make changes to the game, and Grego I've been having a problem for the past day since I bought a new cell phone and I downloaded Retro Bowl College and I noticed that playing it is kind of very slow

All of these are high on my list. I’d love to see two more. 1. Add the ability to run the option from each play. You can do a make shift version of this by “passing” to your RB but maybe double taping on the screen would put the qb in a run w/ the rb and the ability to pitch from that would be great. 2. At least a couple of redshirt / bench spots that don’t affect roster size so we can add freshman players w/o them getting upset.

Also a greater variance in fan enthusiasm, especially at the beginning of the season. Upsetting ranked teams, beating rivals as well as being upset early should have a temporary boost/downgrade to fan enthusiasm with it leveling off accordingly as the season progresses.

They should add pump faking, spin moves, more routes, nfl players when get every achievements, and just make the game better

bro.. i didnt know there was a seriously invested community for retro bowl.. came across the game 3 yrs ago and it is awsome, but i never thought this much of the game.

I had something in mind that they should probably create one for high and middle school

There should be a retro bowl high school.they could pick the some of the best teams from every state.you could pick a team and try to win state,and after you win state,you could play in a national game.

Victory Formation and substitutions , also more spots

I understand you can’t have everything be realistic on a game, but the max throws if I’m correct are like 30 yards in the air. What would make me excited is if you could throw long touchdown bombs from the 50 yard line all the way into the endzone, maybe if the throws are too long the game will glitch…but that’s something I want.

i like the idea of custom schedules but i think that it likely won't happen as that would force new star to make a ranking system more complicated to adjust to the cupcake or hardcore schedules since i believe the current one is primarily based on point differentials.

We need defense gameplay as well!

They should add an expedition game type because at the start. If you wanna start a new season with a different team, you can only pick a few bad teams

Some things I would like to see in the future is an online multiplayer mode. I would like to play against real people (or bots) to make it feel like an actual college game. I would also love to have more people on the roster (backups, etc.), and be able to play defense.

I know retro bowl doesn’t pay players, but I would like to see actual rosters even though we can already do that to some extent. This can go along with your jersey download. Kind of like NBA 2K and Madden.

4:18 I think this might not matter because most people when they lose they just restart so they would just guaranty a W and restart the game until they get it

yeah but any serious player would definitely enjoy this feature seeing as most players don't restart the app as that it is obviously not an intended feature of the game itself it The feature he described would only benefit game and the real issue is maybe New Star removing the ability to restart the app before a near loss or a bad dilemma.

I agree with all of these, the game would be a lot better in my opinion

Mobile punch returns and punting I also want to use defense or at least just watch the D-fence

Worst part about Retro Bowl college was the grades. I don't know a single guy who would go from a 4.0 to a 2.4. It just doesn't happen. You have your academic weapons, and then your on the fence guys. Shouldn't have to worry about every single player. I mean grades should be more of a skill thing. If the skill for academics is high, they are going to maintain 3-4. If it's low, they'll be on the fence and you have to worry about them.

You should be able to aim games in the college version like you can in the nfl one
