The best new feature in this version for me is the ability to make mirror with both plane selected and the second is automatic hole positioning in structure systems

Why doesn't SOLIDWORKS add a reverse fillet? I look forward to adding the Reverse Fillet feature to SOLIDWORKS every year and I am disappointed every time.

Any plans on adding a "trajpar" equivalent feature in the future? Biggest limitation in the work i do is the lack of ability to vary the profile (section) of sweeps as you go along it's guide curve.

I'm having trouble with the extruding part. When I extrude my sketch, there's no color on it, even applying appearances still it doesn't get any color. However, it is said that it applied to the appearances that I chose. Help me how to fix this, please!

Don't worry, This video will be high quality shortly. KZread is still processing the HD & 4K Versions.

Still nothing changed in opening large STL files from laser scanners. SW opens only very small stl files and get stock on larger files. Has to use third party software to open and resave them on other formats, to be able open in SW. This is very important issue, when more and more 3D printers and scanners getting on the market.

that will not change without VERY VERY significant code. Geomagic Design X is what you need for that.

In general nothing exciting.. way not approving the design aspect of the software like surface modeling and texturing ? the texturing Feature is so useless

@@QwertyCanada Texturing a complexed curved surface for example.. I am a Product Designer, those design tools are important. Check grasshopper plugins abilities for example, wish SOLIDWORKS had some more of those

It amazes me how they managed to do almost nothing with every release and even still have this shitty 1990s Realtime rendering where product looks like crap, just an eye sore. And yet they sell this product for a ridiculous price... who tf is buying that? Especially with F360 improving 100x faster.
