Solidworks Tips & Tricks

Ғылым және технология

It was fun sitting down and thinking of as many helpful tips as I could to show you about Solidworks. I have been using Solidworks for so long it is just second nature to me now, but for those just picking it up, I hope this helps you get a little more comfortable!

3 things I had often wished for and did not know how to use until now: Temporary Axis, Width mate to center a part in assembly, Replace parts in assembly. Thank You!

Naming features is definitely helpful for large assemblies. I am in the press and die industry and with 100s of threaded holes it is nice to know what parts are fastened using those holes.

When you click on a feature the measurements popup immediately. What settings do I need to change to get that behavior?
