ahhh tysm🥰 i actually don’t workout atm but i do watch what i eat.. i try to stay away from candy, soda, chips, fast food, etc (but i’ll still treat myself sometimes). i try to film when i look my best but i promise i don’t look like that 100% of the time😬 angles /posing makes a HUGEEE difference + if the outfit allows, i’ll wear shapewear. obviously it doesn’t work with crop tops but if it’s a fully covered dress i love adding a tighter fitting layer underneath. & i don’t have any specific one i’d recommend since i just use a bunch of different bodysuits and shorts from skims, amazon, my moms closet lol. i’d say if ur around my size, skims has the best bodysuits since the sizing goes down to xxs and the silhouette naturally dips in the sides
