i’ve gotten a few requests on this so i’m considering it! I want to make sure i do it right, so would appreciate if you could let me know what isn’t allowed / common dress code! i’m assuming no sneakers, sandals, crop tops, sleeveless, short skirts/dresses but would love to know if there’s restrictions with jeans, neckline, clothes fitting tight vs loose, etc!

hi! i just shortened it myself (folded it inwards and used black thread) but it’s not perfect & i think i shortened it too much - i’ll probably undo the thread and redo it or eventually get it hemmed by someone or my grandma lol but if u have experience with hemming your other bottoms, it should be fine to do it yourself :)

i would say yes, i’m typically a 6 as well & got a size 6 in the boots & id say its a perfect fit with regular socks BUT if you plan to wear thick fuzzy socks, i’d probably go up half a size! also, for anyone who’s in between sizes, size up. based on the reviews i read, a lot of people seem to agree that it fits true to size but some say it’s slightly narrow (on the feet) so keep that in mind if u have wider feet!

i’m sorry!! i tried to find similar links to the items shown that were less $! Even if something is affordable, I don’t wanna say I love something that I don’t! example, i’ve tried faux leather jackets from soooo many brands like yesstyle, PLT, boohoo, fashion nova & as you probably know those are on the affordable side, but tbh, it’s always a hit or miss (usually a miss) 😩 especially faux leather, i notice it’s usually thin. I figured the best solution, which i’ve seen other accounts do, is try my best to find similar versions of items I have at different price points

also just wanted to add that for videos like this one or even my outfit videos, I hope y’all can take it as ideas - I don’t want y’all to feel like you need the exact pieces I show to recreate something or in this case, build a fall wardrobe.. personally, if I watch a video like this from a different creator, i’ll usually just 1. see if i already have something to recreate it 2. if not, buy one from a brand that fits within my budget. i can’t link these, but thrift stores / depop / poshmark are also a great place to get stuff!
