I started taking this to another deeper level and asking myself why I am triggered by certain situations and events. Like when I feel anxiety I try my best to become aware of it and be like 'oh, why am I being triggered now, what is causing this?' It's a real journey. One of my goals this year was to understand fear and how it arises. It's been fascinating.

This was really helpful. It reminded me of backwards teaching with the exception that the students are the ones who do the assessing of themselves.

Click the 3 dots in the upper right side (on mobile) and there you can set the playback speed to be less than 1. The music will get slower, but there will be more time to read & follow the content. Take care

The track is called "Big Ideas" and it's from an album called "Simple Pleasures" in the Killer Tracks music library. The composers are Jason Tarver and Thomas Michael Greenwood: www.universalproductionmusic.com/en-row/discover/albums/15735/simple-pleasures.
