Would love to learn more about finding mentors or managers who are truly looking to help YOU. Especially in a field where moving on in 1-2 years is so common and attrition is so high, I am curious how many people actually find mentors when they plan to leave so soon. Ritika mentioned she landed her exit job only 6 months into her 2 years at MS. Did she share that with her team? Was she able to approach her VPs or MDs for networking/advice for her exit opportunities?

Great talk, currently an analyst at Morgan and feel that we had similar experiences; the group/team you’re working with is essentially the actual “firm” you work for.

I genuinely feel this was a video on (or should've been titled) "Working in Investment Banking (with someone who HAPPENED to work at Morgan Stanley)" vs "What's It Like Working at Morgan Stanley? (Interview With Former Investment Banking Analyst)"... I genuinely learned nothing on what it's like to work at Morgan Stanley (and I have a 2nd Interview coming up... thanks).

Really great interview. After hearing her speak for 40 minutes I see why she has had so much success. Extremely thoughtful and intelligent answers and a really unique powerful mindset. The mindset she has about being the only woman in the room was a really unique and interesting one for me to hear. I was thinking the same as you, I often hear it can be intimidating rather than seen as an advantage. I could see her leading a team or company in the near future

Morgan Stanley, please get your act together. After acquiring ETrade, it now takes 1 or 2 hours on hold before speaking with customer service and this has been going on for the past 6 months. Today, after talking to robots, 46 min on hold, a rep finally came on only to say he couldn't hear me and hung up! (longest hold time thus far: +2 hrs)

She sounds smart and complete in her answer. Of course she's in tech; she's an Indian origin person. It'd be a sin to keep tech aloof from your career.
