For those who don't know: The way it works is the wax inside the lava lamp starts out at the bottom in solid state, as the lamp heats up the wax it melts causing the liquid wax to float to the top of the lava lamp where it cools down and freezes back into solid form and sinks to the bottom of the lava lamp and the cycle start all over again

I enjoyed the footage from inside the lava lamp. But it would have been much better if you set it in there calmly not to disturb the lava too much. Any person who owns lava lamps knows not to shake up the wax as it wont join together again making the view cloudy. And by the way the coil at the bottom isnt to heat up the wax. It is used to break the surface tension of the wax so it will join together easier. Great video though. You should do one where you pour out the water before heating up the lamp. That way your left with only the wax substance.
