My husband just got me this bag for my birthday last week, and I just ordered the Cuyana insert based on your recco. Thank you! Would never have found it otherwise. It came out quite pricey (with shipping and customs - I’m in 🇨🇦), but you’re right - I looked all over online, and nothing looks as sleek and practical as the Cuyana insert (those bulky felt inserts = 👎🏽) thanks again!

So helpful! If you have the smaller cuyana organizer, would you consider doing a video on what that looks like with this bag? I would like some structure to the bag but don't want it to be filled completely and making it totally rigid. Thank you!

Yes!! I still use it with my cuyana organizer and I wouldn’t replace it on anything else :) I can fit and find a lot more stuff easily - whenever I use it without it, it’s a lot more messy - unless you don’t have a lot of stuff and you literally only carry your laptop then you probably don’t need it ;)

The organizer looks veeery tempting, have to take a look :) I thought you have an upgrade model but looks like your bag is a classic YSL "shopper" - I had one but I have a different opinion, corners peeling and bag looking rather not luxurious after only 3 months :( Now I'm planning to get a very similar one, different brand though, hope Cuyana organiser fits too :)

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that:( I'm super happy with the quality of this bag - I bought it in December, and it still looks like brand new - desire carrying a ton of heavy stuff it in every day 😆 I wonder if Cuyana organizer helped to keep it in shape? Maybe because it’s way more structured with the organizer inside, it helps to keep corners from peeling? I’m just guessing🤔

Oh! I forgot to mention! You can easily return or exchange the bag if you have those defects you mentioned. It shouldn’t be a problem. If a store where you got it won’t take it, I would contact YSL or just go to their store. They will refund you the money. ☺️

What’s the year and wear on this bag? I have seen multiple videos that the straps break and tear. Please let me know 🙏🏻 btw I have the same wallet. I love it!

I have no complaints so far!! I carry pretty heavy stuff in this bag, and I haven’t noticed any wear and tear. It’s a great quality bag!:)

Hi! Do you have the 1 l bkr? Coz Im thinking of buying this bag with the organizer and I wonder if my 1 l bkr would fit in the water bottle slot. Thank you!

I have 500ml bkr and it fits in the bag fine but not the bottle holder - only my swell bottle fits in it :)

do you have scratches on the leader? I belıeve there are 2 versions.. one being softer leather and one being regular

No I don’t. I honestly not sure which model I got but it was the only one available in the store. I didn’t see any other ones. Maybe that’s the new model of this bag? like the leather got upgraded

Christine Lee : I concur - it fits PERFECTLY! The only downside is that it does add weight to the bag (which by itself is nice and light), but that just speaks to the quality and durability of the insert. It’s a perfect insert though!
