Yaaaasssssss on the Mom shaming. I LOVE to overpack my hospital bag and it’s always saved my butt (literally) in the past. I don’t care if you want to bring an entire make up artist and have them standing by, girl, you do you. If that is what keeps you calm, collected, and coping…. DO IT.

Hi Erika. Thank you for sharing this exciting time in your life. I think you are smart to pack all the items you may need just in case of something. It is always better to be over prepared than under. The sound machine is a good idea. As is the long phone charger cord. The Sage/Seafoam green color for Jack's coming home outfit is such a lovely color. I love the idea of purchasing gifts for the siblings to give each other. Such a sweet sentiment. I was also told by a doctor that 1 body armor has all the vitamins you need in your prenatal vitamins too

Exactly. We all overpack first time around and its ok, i know i did, so ill be taking half the stuff this time but let ppl take what makes them happy. Its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I’m due with my 11th in august and I probably will pack WAY MORE than any 1st time momma would! 😆 You’ve probably already use the sage outfit for Jack, but I’m case anyone else is watching and wants to know, you put the top half on like a short over his head, pull it down over his back/belly(the empty legs will be bunched in the front at that point), then slide each leg in the leg holes. I made a ton of them for our 10th baby!

Two things… 1. I'm getting sick & tired of YT not sending me notifications from your channel!! 2. Sea foam Green is a wonderful colour. Oh whatever could I mean by that…😁😁 Yes, of course we'd love a Nursery tour. Can't wait to see it!! How excited is JD to have a little buddy to watch Padres games w/in a few weeks? Thanks so much Denise for your support always ❤️ baby is here now! And we’re adjusting well! No videos lately-baby Jack takes priority naturally lol! Hoping to get a nursery tour up soon! JD is stocked to take Jack to petco park and see the padres towards the end of the season ⚾️ 🥰

So exciting ! I would of packed the same , I rather be more prepaired then not , love the lil night light and the throw away panties are a plus wish I had those in hospital 👍 cant wait to see the lil angel . I like a lip moisturizer and mints , butterscotch candies and lots of ice chips you get so dehydrated . Love the idea of a gift for sissy / baby 💕 Blessings and would love to see the nursery 🦕🧚‍♀️

First offfff, I AGREE that people need to stop dragging/judging new moms. Sometimes social is a great resource and sometimes it's SO TOXIC. I was sooo anxious about what to pack in my hospital bag - I legit ended up with a little carry on luggage LOL. And guess what? I only used like 3 things in that bag! HAHAH But do I regret packing it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Do I judge anyone who packs more or less? Nahhhhh. We just gotta do what we feel is best for our situations... ANYWAY LOL... I love that USB adapter on that bag! I might have to look into that if/when we have our 2nd too. I'm so excited for you! We almost named our son Jackson so that his nickname could be JackJack.. so I loveee that y'all are naming him Jack :) I remember debating on getting a Jujube backpack, but ended up going w Petunia Pickle Bottom for the Mickey prints they had... hehe. Also, you are glowinggggggg. I'm so excited to hear more about your birth journey esp for a second bb.

P.S. Could you do a video of what you include in the thank you basket? I wish I had done that for our nurses too.. We had such great nurses & I'm sad I couldn't gift them all. I gifted one of them a Disney pin cus I saw she was a collector hahahah

Girl only you would have Disney pins on you while you delivered 😂 we had a petunia pickle bottom for my daughter and I hardly used it. It was too boxy and stiff for us. So now I keep it in my car as like backups for clothes etc. I have major back issues so I needed something like a breathable backpack in a diaper bag this time. Thank you for your sweet words love 💕 yes I will definitely share the nurses baskets!

As I watching, I woke up my son and he’s loving the video. I didn’t know car seats expire that’s very helpful to know because I was saving a lot of stuff from my son. The Frida top is a gown for when you give birth instead of wearing the gown they give you at the hospital because apparently it’s a lot easier for doing skin to skin after birth. Omg yes , my man had a bag for snacks for him and I . I had body armor late in the game but it helped a lot . I honestly thing I wish I brought more for baby was a little sound machine & newborn clothes my son came early at 37 weeks . I so get you on been overwhelmed with the nurses coming in and out . I remember they ask me about pain and asking if baby ate lol he want to sleep because of the epidural I had.
