As a mother of 2.5 yrs old baby the best suggestion that I can give you is that always go by your mommy instincts...many suggestions will come ur way after becoming a mother, but u r the best judge, u will know what is right or wrong for your baby...so always do what ur heart says...

Hi debina... being a new mom myself i found water wipes to be the best for my kid (just a suggestion). Plus its always safe and better to bring the baby home in a car seat rather than a comfy blanket sort of thing. Please also add a pacifier to ur bag (baby might need). And add formula i use similac gold... works wonders for my baby... but do add some in ur bag whichever u choose... happy and safe pregnancy...

Hi debina I just wanted to tell you two things which I found is not okay in your video: 1. Use openable diapers instead of diaper pants because that will hurt the umbilical cord which is left in babies belly button due to that the baby will be uncomfortable. 2. Use front open clothes for baby instead of closed ones because it will similarly hurt the belly button of the baby and also you can choose single dori kind of clothes which you have already bought and showed us in the video. Also one important thing that most of the people overlook..it’s always good to make a onesie and then a bodysuit or the actual clothes on top..serves the same purpose what our body inners do

Congratulations Debina! I loved this one, and you remind me of me preparing for my first born. We are in a “nesting” attitude so we tend to go overboard. I didn’t use 90% anything from my hospital bag. What is have is all good for a regular diaper bag when the baby is with you. But overkill for a hospital bag. Enjoy packing it, it’s fun, but you won’t need many of these. Depending on if the birthing is normal or c-section, your hospital days will be decided. Praying for the best you won’t need more than 1-3 days. The hospital should provide diapers, you don’t need to bring your own. You won’t be applying any moisturizer for a new born. New born’s won’t need diaper rash, use baby approved Vaseline if needed. I don’t think you’ll be doing any laundry in the hospital. Swaddle, home going cloths, wipes, diapers only if the hospital doesn’t provide any. For my second one, I learnt not to go overboard. But, nonetheless - enjoy nesting!

Telling you from my own experience that the traditional way of swaddling is the best…I had bought a lot of fancy swaddles myself but ended by sticking to the traditional way 😊

Also keep Norsaline drops as in AC baby's nose get blocked and it is advised to put saline drops before every feed so that baby don't spit milk...and one more thing is cotton or alcoholic swabs to clean the cord before every diaper change so that it will dry quickly and remain infection free. As a mother of 2 kids I vil suggest u to keep a bowl n spoon for feeding milk instead of bottle.... Doctors usually advice us to avoid using bottles for feeding

Hi debo just a small suggestion- Put some more daipers, plastic for disposing potty,milk power i will recommend Aptamil,more colths ,blanket,baby net,kajal organic,baby comb , mamaearth hing roll on , anti mosquito roll on again from mamaearth, sterlizer for bottle,bottle cleaning liquid,burp cloth I hope this will be helpful

I am also in my 9 month and I have also filled my baby bag with all mammaeart products..but I have also kept dry sheets, some more clothes, baby blankets, sanitizer and also a bowl and spoon

hi Debina, collections are good but carry few things like Dettol , light cotton clothes for new born, towel also for new born as their skin will be very delicate avoid using diapers as they get rashes soon.. use cloth for early stage their skin are too delicate , sanitizer and soap. Hello debena , You need a cotton big cloth for keep on the shoulder of a person who is holding the baby for burb so that the dust or perfume doesn’t affects the baby or if the baby throws up u can secure your clothes another you’ll need is a very soft baby blanket .. Ma'am as a suggestion from a mother of two.. Buy normal diapers in the beginning and shift to pang style once the child is walking. Also try thr mothercare messenger bag as a baby bag.. It's very nice.

You can make a pillow filled with mustard seeds(RAI). It will be good for his/her head.

Mamas & papas have really nice baby furniture and toys. Being in India it's impossible to order baby changer. In UK there is so much. Lots of choice for newborns. Sometimes a lot of things don't get used. Babies grow fast and time goes quick. Mamas and papas do good baby monitors which you will need. Wish you all the best to you and guru
