Thank you for sharing, everytime i cook i can't skip commercialized chicken powder to meet the preference of the people at home, i will try this method for healthier option.
Great informative video. Thank you. I have just made my own stock with what Vegetables I had to use. Turmeric root, sweet potato, red bell pepper, celery, butternut squash, potato, carrot, ginger root, garlic, onion, black pepper, salt flakes, tomatoes, rosemary & tyme. I’ll be freezing in ice cube moulds then pop straight into freezer bags.

This is great! I'm trying a variation which will include mushrooms, tomato paste & bell pepper. For freezing into cubes, I have a silicone 1.25" cube ice cube tray. It will allow me to make each cube identical in size & prevent me from needing to cut them. I'm hoping to stop buying cartons of broth. That stuff is such a rip off!

Your version with Tomato, Mushrooms and bellpepper will definitely taste awesome. And the idea of freezing them in Silicone cube tray is lovely, I really never thought about that. Probably because all the silicone trays that I have are of heart shape :)
Oh, the smell of all this while cooking.. just for the sake of that, will do a batch! I've always been thinking on how to prep some broth without buying it from store, now I've got the recipe to follow :)

Do you pull out the whole spices like cinnamon before you puree the mix?

You don't have to. They will add flavor to the seasoning cubes.
Sir great work but without onion n garlic recipe it can be.especially who are vegetarian

MSG is not bad for you. It occurs naturally in various foods. It’s just a form of salt.

That's like saying cyanide and arsenic aren't bad for you because you can find it naturally in several foods.

I'm only concerned with the harmful preservatives, not really MSG. But I do have problem with too much MSG, just like too much salt will cost you a heart attack 😂 I would compare it to a hybrid of white sugar and salt, it's a refined "food", which will be absorbed quickly into the blood.
Bouillon Cubes are on my shelf in the pantry! How do I make those. This is frozen broth. Hell, they made them during the war, where soldiers did not carry around a freezer! Idiots all over this video world.
