Phin put a blade in his chest and as far as I’m concerned, that’s fatal.
Its likely Rhino survived. Its widely accepted that the blade didn’t kill him as literally we would've actually seen him die but Miles saved him. Hes probably in the Raft locked away and the fact that Peter had him on his mind during the Mr Negative mission to purge the symbiote kinda solidifys this
